Derrick was absolutely GREAT. He called when on his way and showed up on time. I couldn't believe how quickly he fixed my doors. He was very courteous and informed me how to help take care of my door rollers and hinges. I would highly recommend him to my friends. Thank you Derrick

I called due to problems with my garage door and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. Michael was my service tech. He did a wonderful job of fixing all problems and in a timely matter. Before making any repairs he explained all problems and what he was needed to make our door work correctly. I was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Hi, this is Mrs. Mason and our garage doors are like us; getting on up in age and one door stopped working and the other one wouldn't work with remote, so I looked on computer and liked your ratings, so I called and within an hour or so the repair man was here and had doors going in no time at all. Needed repairs so I googled. Clicked on Precision Doors, read the reviews, set up an appointment. Josh C. Was the technician that came out to assess the problem. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. Replaced the opener in about an hour. Will definitely refer Precision Doors. Liked the way they sent information on which technician to come, Josh.

Very professional young men. They tried to figure out the problem and did a couple of things that might help. Time will tell if we continue to have the problems. I'm beginning to think we should not have gotten the new opener before talking to Precision.

Had a great experience with Precision! My old garage doors were loud, unbalanced, and had some structural damage. Got an appointment on the same day I called and before Derek H. left, he made sure all issues were resolved. He was very professional and personable. Highly recommend this business!
