I called and they were here in 2 hours. Chris was super friendly and professional- he swapped my chain drive opener for a belt drive, installed a key pad, and programmed our two cars even! He was done in two hours! I’d do business here again (but here’s hoping I don’t have to!)

Robert came to our house today to investigate a problem with the closing of our garage door. He was determined to find the problem and he did. Seems that one of the door sensors had a short that was causing an intermittent problem. He made the necessary repairs and voila, the door closes just fine. I called around for different quotes and even though there was some confusion over the quote, I did decide to go with Precision because they were able to come out the same day. Robert was there within 30 minutes of my call and was able to tell a lot about garage doors that I did not know. He installed new parts and made the garage door work like a new one. He was very professional and polite. He knows his stuff.

WOW !!! Patrick Stockton was the Best Repairman you could ever want ! I was going to go with another company because they had there sticker on my door . If we ever need another garage door fixed we do not want anybody but Robert to come and please let me tell u why!! While Robert was there fixing one door our other door broke the spring with the loudest pop u have ever heard! My husband and I freaked out but Robert handled it with such calm like this happens every day, scared the heck out of Rog n. I but Robert acted like this happens all the time (which it doesn’t) he kept his calm and just went about his business and fixed it!!! I would not recommend anyone not Precision Garage Door!!?
