My wife and I were VERY pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! I called around to multiple companies and everyone was at least a week out except for them. I called around lunch time cause the spring on our door had broken and we were unable to get our cars out of the garage. Alex was there within a couple of hours and got us up and running before the days end. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using this company again for our future needs.

I had a great experience with Precision in the past so I decided to give them a try again. They didn’t disappoint. Called at 830am and they were there by 9am. Loved the email confirmation that includes a picture of the service tech that was coming to my appointment. Service Tech reviewed with me the repair that was needed and he performed the work quickly and efficiently.

Our garage door kept sticking and making terrible noise. In my opinion, Precision Garage Door never fixes anything. First time out we paid over $600. Second time out they claim it is the trim so they said they cleaned it and should not happen anymore. Next time out same story. Says the sun is making the trim stick (It is January). Now they want $207 to fix. I will be putting notices on our neighborhood facebook to not use these people (427) homes and also on google.

Our door lift motor broke. Precision came when they said they would come. They replaced the door lift assembly in 2 hours. The repairman, Alex, was very knowledgeable and courteous. I plan to ask them to repair our other door.

Alex was without question efficient in his performance in the installation of what I thought I initially needed to have serviced. But it went beyond that....he professionally explained that upon his inspection, we needed a full service on our garage door. We felt so sure that Alex had our best interest at heart that we indeed upgraded to the complete service with a lifetime warranty on the installed components and installation. Alex made us comfortable in our purchase and we will soon be ordering a full motor package but only if he installs it. Thank you Precision for hiring such qualified individuals to install and repair problems with same day service. He upsold me but I know it was a necessary expense after he explained the process to me. I will recommend Precision to my friends and family that may find themselves I this same situation. This is the second time we've used Precision and both experiences were great. This time the technician (Alex) came within 30 minutes from the time I called in for service. How can you beat that. Used Precision because they had refurbished the door 4 yr. ago. This time, I had the same technician as before. Replaced the 15 yr old, chain-driven opener; partly because parts are no longer available for it. Precision's new model is belt driven and also a DC motor instead of AC. Work was completed in about 90 minutes and they did the clean up and haul-away of the old parts and equipment. Soooo, much quieter operation, plus new unit includes remote exterior key pad in addition to the clickers for the autos. That way, if you are not in the car, say doing some yard work and need something from the garage but the door is closed, you can open the door without going through the house first.
