Alex arrived when he said he would and quickly evaluated the problem. He fixed the problem and made a few recommendations for extending the life of my garage doors and opener. He did state that I would get a system "overhaul" quote that I have yet to receive. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Alex called 10 minutes after I called Precision, 10 minutes later he was on site. 1 hour later we had new springs, bearings, wheels, and cables. Very pleased with the fast service.

The first three numbers I called resulted in answering machines. Precision was phone call number 4 and had a technician at my house within 30min of our conversation. I could see right away that Alex was mortified by my antiquated garage door system but he set about repairing it anyway. He got it operational but also gave me a quote for new doors, at my request. The reason I didn't call them first was because I thought they would be expensive. They weren't, and you know what they say, just do it right the first time.

I blew a fuse in my house today and my garage door wouldn’t stay closed. I had to manually close it. It would close but then it would go right back up. Precision sent someone to reset the motor and remote. He instructed me on how to reset it myself if it ever happens again. I got an invoice from Precision in my email. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME! Who does that any more. No service charge. Thank you Precision. I love my garage doors??

We had Alex come out the first thing in the morning and had our door up so my wife could get to a funeral she had to be at. He then took care of our damaged door to secure it until the new door would arrive. He then saved us money by suggesting a new door with our senior discount All in all Alex was a god sent He did a fantastic job and had us feeling secure about our situation Precision needs more like him

Tech was excellent. He explained what happened to cause the problem in the first place. He told me what needed to be fixed. It took less than a hour to repair it. Very happy with the service from the first phone call until the problem solved.
