Patrick transformed our garage door from an embarrassment to something we can be proud of. He was friendly and very knowledgeable offering several options for repairing our door. I had two old wooden garage doors and I called this company because they had serviced my old house and I was pleased with them. When they came out they provided a review of the different doors they offered and discussed the pro's and con's of each type of door. They then went over pricing and we decided that it wasn't our top priority at our new house. After about 2 months we called them back to have them come out to install the doors. When I called they were able to pull up my old quote and we agreed on it. When we discussed installation they were able to come the NEXT DAY! I was pretty excited about that and when the two technicians came out Terry and Josh they were very professional, went over everything we agree'd on and off they went. It took them about 5 hours to install 2 single car garage doors including new track and everything. These guys were great, very professional, very safety focused, detail oriented and they cleaned up the floor and wiped down the doors when they were done. It was a job well done all the way around. I was extremely happy with the service provided, and total cost. I would recommend this company! Aggressive pricing, excellent customer service, and very professional. They went above and beyond what I would have expected.

Chuck: Here's a topic...Communication Breakdown. I called and scheduled an appointment with a gal that answers your phone on June 13. I choose June 15 for the installment date (replacing an opener for single door). I specifically requested a Liftmaster opener (I have it on my double door that you guys replaced a couple of years ago - - very satisfied!). James G shows up, I take off from work and...He has no Liftmaster on his truck...(James G was very professional and gave me a quote for the Liftmaster). He profusely apologized and said someone would call me Monday (June 18) to schedule a new appointment...Have not been contacted as of June 19...

We decided, with the help of our service technician, Josh Compton, that replacing the 30 year old garage doors was better than repairing them. We have ordered doors but they are not yet installed. John was knowledgable, very friendly, patient, and thorough. He discussed the advantages of different models and we were happy to have his advice. Our service was prompt and he even arrived early. We are very pleased with everything so far and look forward to new garage doors soon.

Your technician, James Wells, was very professional and helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He helped my mother in deciding to replace her old garage door opener and explained everything to her very professionally. She was very pleased with his service and how quickly he did the work. She was also surprised that he had all the necessary equipment available on his truck already. She had already checked with another company, who serviced her garage door opener, about getting a replacement and they told her she had to go to the store to buy the garage door opener and then schedule an appointment to install it. With one phone call, the replacement was taken care of. Everything was cleaned up and the old garage door opener removed when James was finished. Thank you for a very good job done!

I called for service and a person was scheduled for the next day at 11am. At 10:30 AM, he called stating he was available to come now if I wanted him to - I said yes. He did a thorough inspection and advised us on a few things we had no idea about regarding our garage door. Very professional and helpful. We would use this company again.

Nick quickly replaced the broken spring and asked if I needed help with anything else. He went out of his way to help me reprogram every remote I had for both garage doors. He even looked up the code to reprogram the keypads. Excellent customer service and an excellent technician!
