Patrick Stockston was the service tech who arrived after called and saying he was going to be on time. ( I liked that!) He quickly fixed the problem by replacing my broken door remote. My garage door is old and has probably been opened at least 29,200 in the last 20 years. He checked the door and make some future recommendations. I asked if he had time to do those repairs to which he responded he did! To my surprise, all the parts were on his well stocked truck. ( No waiting!) He worked efficiently and cleaned up when he was done. There is no way I could have selected a better company or have gotten a better service tech. I had not heard of your company before, I checked the yellow pages and read your ad. Am I pleased? YES Is Patrick Stockston a great representative for your company? ABSOLUTELY

The door works smoothly and is attractive. The workmen were polite and efficient. About three weeks after installation the door started making noises when operated and moved roughly. A shiny new bolt and nut were found on the garage floor. When called, the workmen reappeared promptly and fixed the problem quickly. I am somewhat aghast that the loss of one bolt could cause such drastic mis-operation. I wonder also why that bolt was not tightened initially.

Garage door springs broke on a holiday weekend. The company works 24/7! Kyle arrived within the timeframe given (3 hours after calling) was very courteous and answered all our questions about repairs. Costs were more than reasonable. I hope they paid this veteran double-time for working on Memorial Day weekend.

Responded quickly to a broken spring. They identified other worn and failing parts, but also noted parts that were working fine and didn't need replacing. Overhaul cost more than I anticipated for just the broken spring, but the door opens more quietly and seems much more solid.

On March 23, 2015, an Amarr Stratford 300 (18 ft) and Linear PDS 800 opener were installed by Charles & Dylan. They removed the existing garage door and drive and installed the new door and drive motor in about 2 1/2 hours. Their work was excellent, and Charles explained the operation and maintenance clearly. They returned on April 2 to install the trim because the improper length was ordered and loaded on their truck for the initial installation. The door is operating very well. The products are obviously engineered for ease of assembly, and the installers are well trained for that purpose. I can not evaluate the long term reliability of the door and opener because of the recent service initiation. However, the door appears to be very well designed and manufactured. It was easy to communicate with the installers. From their information, it appears the Amarr door is superior to competitors' products because of the material and manufacturing design. Precision's expertise and competence will enable me to recommend their services to others.

Five stars! Time managing to get to us during an ice/snow storm was itself impressive, he couldn't make it to the driveway due to the unplowed icy street but made it to the corner and walked in with his tools. He quickly analyzed and fixed the problem. A great relief to us as aside from having two cars trapped in the garage we were carrying our 80 pound dog down the front stairs to allow him to relieve himself as he recently had knee surgery and couldn't do stairs. Much more responsive than Williams Door which told us we had to wait four and a half days for service!

Awesome service! Patrick was the technician who did the work. I can't say enough good things about how every thing went.This is the second time I have used Precision and I wouldn't use anyone else after having 2 great experiences. The door was badly damaged when I bought this home. I thought I would have to get a whole new door. Patrick was able to fix the existing door and didn't try to sell me a new one. This one now is as good as new!
