I am originally from Cuba and lived in Florida for 17 years. Once I saw East Tennessee during a visit I knew that I had to move my family here. In 2011 I moved my wife and our three children to East Tennessee. I have over 14 years of experience in general construction. I love to spend my free time with my family and working on my home. The tech was very informative,I dont like the fact of where you charge labor on the time for each job when they can be done at the same time!To run wire on two doors its billed as two hours x 65.00,when each door will take 30 mins and when you need a pulley replaced another 65.00.All this during the installation of 2 new garage doors.

Excellent service, called late Wednesday after calling two other companies, including one who actually replaced the springs 2 yrs ago and neither were able to come out. I called Precision at 2:30 due, explained my situation and they immediately scheduled a same day service between 3 and 5 today. Technician called me twice to update his arrival and arrived around 4:30. Professional, efficient and 1st class work. Precision will be my service company of choice if ever needed in the future.

The service rep. (Dio) was excellent. A power outage had caused a loss of codes to unit and he restored them within minutes. He was also my installer of both doors and is an excellent worker and very knowledgeable on all aspects of the doors,motors,track, etc....I am very pleased with the doors and motors which have been performing great since installment 8 months ago. I was referred to your company by word of mouth and will continue to recommend Precision to friends. This was my first service personnel need and was very happy with the outcome.....

I found Precision by a Google search. Setting appointment time was easy. Was told someone would be here between 4-6 and he even got here early! Dio was knowledgeable, professional, and undoubtedly a man of great character. He knew exactly what to do,repaired the door lightning quick, and gave great advice for future upkeep. Dio is the ideal employee in my book. Blown away by the service and I will definitely recommend Precision to everyone.

Dio was on time, called ahead to advise he was on his way and took his time explaining what happened and what my options were. I couldn't ask for better service. I was about to attempt this repair myself and he showed me where I was 2 steps away from a painful accident (I did not realize how much tension was on the cable and it would have flown off the door had I tried removing it as planned) He also looked at the other door and showed me that the spring was still working properly and how I can tell when it's time to get it replaced.

A technician (Dio) was sent out the same day I called. Dio was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job showing me exactly what the problem was with our door. The cables, rollers, etc. were failing and Dio replaced them with equipment sized more appropriately for our door. Great job!

Being new to the area, I didn't know who was a reliable garage door company. With my garage door damaged and stuck at midpoint we called precision door at 8 pm on Monday night.The phone was actually answered and an appointment was set for the following morning. Precision door tech Dio Sanchez arrived shortly after 9am. After reviewing the situation he offered 2 solutions. One suggestion naturally, was a new door installation which I was expecting and was prepared for. The second solution was to repair the existing door with additional bracing,& new springs and bearings. He proceeded to repair and by noon I had an almost new door at much less cost than a new door. Dio Sanchez did a fine job, was cordial, out-going and very pleasant to deal with. The quality of his repair was outstanding and showed much understanding of his job. I thank you for fast & excellent service and will have Precision Door Service, with Dio Sanchez's name added to the list of recommended maintenance people for the Willow Place Home Owners Association.
