I am originally from Cuba and lived in Florida for 17 years. Once I saw East Tennessee during a visit I knew that I had to move my family here. In 2011 I moved my wife and our three children to East Tennessee. I have over 14 years of experience in general construction. I love to spend my free time with my family and working on my home. Working with Precision has been a wonderful opportunity for me. I am fluent in Spanish. Yo hablo español, si es necesario.

The young man who came out to determine the issue, but did not have the parts was very informative and set up the next days' service. The two gentlemen that came and installed the fix were very helpful, resourceful and completed the project quickly. My daughter's garage door never worked or sounded so good. Dio was fantastic! He was very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Dio was our technician--friendly, polite, articulate, knowledgeable, patient to explain every part of the process. We had a broken spring, but after discussion decided to have the garage door overhauled and install a new opener. This work was not cheap! But the new operation is far superior to our situation before, and so far we are very satisfied.

Precision Door Service was awesome. I called for a service request at 1pm and had a technician show up to my house at 4:45pm same day, WOW! Very fast, and very reliable. The technician was awesome. He was very professional, friendly, respectful, understanding of our needs, and very aware of costs as well. His overall goal was for us to have a safe working garage rather than going in, getting paid, and leaving. Even my dog liked the service tech. Next garage problem I have Precision Doors is my go to company for excellent, affordable, reliable, and professional service. When my garage door snapped both of its springs, on one of the coldest days of the year, I called several companies. All were slammed, which is understandable. But Precision made a commitment to call me back to see if someone could come out the same day. They sent Dio Sanchez out that afternoon. I was very pleased how quick the service call was answered. He recommended I replace my spring and rollers with a 5 year warranty, which I did. My door was frozen shut which was the reason for the service call,I was very pleased that you all could get to me today, I needed to get my car out for work. Very pleased with the door overhaul. It is much quieter now. It recently began making a popping noise when opening, and Dio arrived within 2 hours of my call and promptly took care of the problem.
