What a wonderful group of people you have, everyone was so helpful, very polite. The serviceman, Patrick was on time, looked "things" over, told me all that was wrong and explained what had to be done. He did a great job, everything looks great, is operating really well, he cleaned up after himself. He answered all my questions, great person to talk to, very polite. What a great company to do business with. Thank you.

This is the second time we have used a Precision Door franchise, and they are 2 for 2 with excellent service. Mike was on time for the appointment and pleasantly and efficiently replaced two old openers with new, quiet, belt drive systems. He did not try to “upsell” us on things we didn’t need. The garage was left in a clean condition with no risk of running over loose screws. We would not hesitate to use Precision again.

This Company & Justin were absolutely FANTASTIC!! Same day service, very reasonably priced, fast & efficient! Patty in the office was FABULOUS, great personality and very helpful! Was very impressed with the response time and the advice given by Josh, the technician. I called the office to try and set up an appointment for someone to advise me on replacing the bottom seal of the garage door. The technician actually came out the same day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, gave good advice and answered all my questions.

I called Precision on a Sunday and was immediately connected to a very courteous and knowledgeable operator. Set up an as appointment for Tuesday and within an hour and a hour and a half had a garage door running like brand new with a new Genie EDO. The technician was awesome, explaining everything right up front and did terrific work. I highly recommend Precision for anyone in need of garage door repair.

Responded to phone call within 2 hours (at our house)--assessed the situation. Josh was able to get the garage door closed; give an estimate for a new door, etc.. Now are waiting to get the door installed.

Alex was great in giving me advice on repairing my two garage doors. Alex replaced the old springs which always worried me about breaking and damaging the paint on my two Nissans. One side of the garage had a old door opener and the other was manually opened. The doors weighed quite a bit, too. Under Alex's advice, he suggested installing torsion bars to make it easier to open. Doing that sure helps me out and less pain on my back. I will stay with Precision since because the doors were repaired and a new opener installed the day I first called them. Other door companies said it would be a week before they could come. So Precision in my book is #1!

I called not knowing what to expect, maybe scheduling a service a couple of weeks out. Instead, there were able to send someone in less than an hour to do a job that lasted around four hours--that's being prepared for anything! In our recently-purchased house, he inspected two garage doors and openers that probably hadn't been serviced in many years. Openers and springs were replaced. Excellent work.

This is my second time having Precision coming out to fix my Garage. 2/2 they are amazing with 100% customer satisfaction because they are honest, and got the job fixed in a timely manner, great customer communication when they are going to arrive within the appointment time frame. I usually stick with the same person that provides good service; however, they were backed up and the Manager Thomas stepped up and helped his employees with the work load. That says a lot about the Company that they just don’t only care about the the customers, but they care about the employees.
