Repairman showed up on time. Immediately remarked age of garage door. I had read reviews complaining of attempts to up sell extra work, so I was prepared for this tactic. Before he replaced the springs he stated I need new everything for several more hundred dollars. I declined the extras, then he stated no warranty. I needed my garage door repaired, not overhauled so I had springs replaced as I ordered. I would think your company would stand behind work and products installed, but on my invoice it states no warranty. Too bad....I would not call your company again.

I just want to say how very pleased I am with the efficiency and quality of work done on my garage door. Patrick arrived early, was very courteous and of the highest caliber of professionalism. He was also very clear about the costs upfront as well as what I needed to fix and what could wait, saving me money. Patrick Stockton was the tech dispatched to our home today. If he is a sample of the type of techs Prevision hire, then hats off! Patrick was on time and delivered exceptional service. He quickly identified the issues with our garage door and completed the installation with perfection. He went above and beyond with programming extra remotes and a MyQ remote software. Patrick was so professional and so accommodating we will definitely share the experience and recommend Precision without any hesitation.

Chose Precision because they replaced the spring on one of my doors a couple of years ago and I was pleased with their service. This time, one of the openers was apparently fried in a power surge. They came out on a Saturday morning on Memorial Day weekend and diagnosed the problem quickly, giving me two options for repair. I chose to replace the opener. I asked them to install the new opener on the double door, as the new one was more powerful than the one that was there (and still worked), and move the old one from the double door to the single door. The two techs did that and installed the interior button, exterior remote and safety sensors in about an hour, maybe less. The new opener is so quiet I thought it wasn't working the first few times I opened the door. I was, again, very pleased with their service and will use them again, which hopefully won't be for a while.

Great experience, Ty the guy you sent out was excellent, very professional and knowledgeable, when he told me the options he gave us the best one for us. When he said we’d replace the motor I thought it would just be that, but he put in a new system, openers, remotes, wall entry unit. I thought he was just going replace one part and we have all the old stuff, far more than my expections

I have my garage door gear and motor blew out, checked in the internet for someone since the regular person that do repairs was not available and found very good reviews on Precision Door Service and decided to call. I was immediately answered and the lady that took my call was outstanding. I got an appointment later and technician called ahead of time when he was ready to go. He arrive at the early part of the appointment time (3 to 5), quote and I decide to go ahead and make the installation. I am very pleased of the work with only one very minor exception, the clear plastic of the new motor has a lot of grease stains and I will have to clean that, but nevertheless the work is perfect and I am very please and can recommend this company. Thank you.

I had my garage doors inspected and given a once over to see if there were any issues. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a few issues and he corrected them no problem. I also appreciated that he didn't try to tell me I needed a bunch of parts replaced or stuff I didn't really need. Very honest and up front. I would highly recommend them for all of your garage door needs.

I needed a tension spring replaced. The technician checked the other components of the door and made recommendations for added repairs. I went with just the spring and hen had the job done in about 30 minutes. Good job with reasonable price.
