The guys got the job done quickly once they arrived and without a catch. The only thing that I didn't like was that the person who did the initial assessment told me the new doors would be the same as the old ones just a little smaller and a different color. They were not, my old ones were insulated and these are not. That's a pretty big difference.

Chose Precision because they replaced the spring on one of my doors a couple of years ago and I was pleased with their service. This time, one of the openers was apparently fried in a power surge. They came out on a Saturday morning on Memorial Day weekend and diagnosed the problem quickly, giving me two options for repair. I chose to replace the opener. I asked them to install the new opener on the double door, as the new one was more powerful than the one that was there (and still worked), and move the old one from the double door to the single door. The two techs did that and installed the interior button, exterior remote and safety sensors in about an hour, maybe less. The new opener is so quiet I thought it wasn't working the first few times I opened the door. I was, again, very pleased with their service and will use them again, which hopefully won't be for a while.

Very pleased with the new garage doors and openers. Incredibly quiet. Jon and Terry did a great job of removing the old equipment and installing the new. They arrived on time and finished promptly. Did a great job of cleanup when finished.

I called Precision at 9 am on Saturday morning, and 11:30 my garage key was replaced and reprogrammed. Nick was great! I would recommend them in a heart beat!
