I called Precision Garage door at approximately 1:30 PM. At approximately 2:30, an hour later, Derek the tech arrived and diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener. Derek replaced the opener and explained everything to me. I am very pleased with the prompt response from the company and the professionalism that Derek exhibited.

Fast and very efficient service! I called on a Monday morning and Derek was out by 2:00 that day. He found the problem and did the repairs as quoted. I would definitely use Precision again.
