I had issues with my garage door on a Saturday. I went on line and found Precision Door Service which offered 24/7 service. I was also impressed with their web site. I was told that Patrick would be my technician and the time lines that he would be at my house. Patrick showed up on time as promised and gave me a courtesy call before he arrived. I found Patrick to be very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me a price on rebuilding the door which he could do while he was there. I asked Patrick to give a price on replacing the door and the opener and since I had issues with my door and opener before, so I decided to replace the door and opener. Patrick made a call to his office and made arrangements to have the work done on Monday. And as promised Charles and Dylan showed up on time as promised and with a courtesy call before arriving. The installation was fast and seamless. Charles showed me where to lubricate my door every 6 months for preventive maintenance. I'm very much pleased with the price as I found to be very competitive. The service was awesome and exceeded my expectation. Precision door is all about Customer Service and Professionalism. I give them a 5 star and will recommend to my family and friends.

Five stars I called for service on a Saturday morning at 7:30. James was here at 10:30 and gone at 11:45. He was very clear in explaining my options and the cost of repair. Patrick's knowledge and expertise was fantastic! As a retired Mfg consultant for over 40 years, I can easily recognize when a technician has good skills, knowledge of his or her craft and demonstrates it with great efficiency and enthusiasm! Patrick displayed of these characteristics when he repaired my garage door. He is a great representative of Precision Door Service and should be highly commended for his work ethics. Also, the manner in which Precision performs its services is very professional. The total door inspection and critiques, explanation and follow on action required, is to be commended. I recently became a member of Angie's List and your company was mentioned in a Deal of the Day about the time our garage door needed some attention. From the minute I purchased "The Deal" I knew I'd made a good decision. Jocelyn took my information and answered all the questions I had at that time in a very friendly and professional manner. When I received the confirmation email with a picture and bio of the technician that was coming to service my garage door, I was reassured that I had made a good decision. Luis has been here twice. An excellent experience. He - in a moment - diagnosed our problem and the door has never worked more smoothly or quietly. He also was able to install a new door seal and fix a drafty seal. Very professional and polite person. I would recommend this company to anyone. I chose you guys because I own a motorcycle shop that is located near your location in West Knoxville. I have used Precision before for a spring replacement, and as before I'm very happy with the work. The Tech was quick at diagnosis and equally quick in the repair. He also tightened and lubed all the hardware. The truck was clean and the Tech was very professional. 5 Stars all the way! Keep up the good work, and give that Tech a raise.

No problem with service person Luis. --- Very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. The problem I had was the lady taking my info did not listen to the problem that needed attention and sent the repairman out and Precision does not repair the type of system that I have and she was told specifically the type and style of door opener that I had.--- Wasted time for me and wasted time for Precision and Luis the tech. Now I need to call someone else and wait again for service!!! I am not real happy at the moment!!!

Your service personnel is the VERY BEST. They are polite, knowledgeable, prompt and fast. They know what needs to be done and how to do it. No time is wasted. Thomas was the repair tech that handled our garage door issues. He called ahead, was on time, prepared and fixed all problems within the time frame specified. He was personable and professional. I've rarely dealt with a more reliable service and would recommend Precision without a doubt. Thanks!
