Thank you Precision for your friendly and efficient service! When I called to inquire about the services and pricing, the person I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly. After scheduling an appointment, I received a conformation email with pictures of the technicians. It is nice to be able to know who to expect when they show up at your door. My technician was Patrick. He was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. I am very pleased with the service performed and will highly recommend Precision to all.

James Wells was on time, professional, courteous and competent. I felt very comfortable and taken care of to the highest degree. Your ad in the value pak was laying on the table when I noticed the spring was broken. But to be honest the number and the ad was most important. The convenience and having a real person answer the phone sold me. I appreciate the coupon and used it, but having it handy at just the right time caused me to use you instead of hunting up a number for Williams, or someone else I heard on the radio.

Very prompt service, actually same day service...Very professional. Patrick was the tech; he called to say they would arrive in approximately 25 minutes... he knew what the problem was immediately...explained what was needed to repair the garage door, and the cost of fixing it. (His helper was great as well.) We will Always use Precision in the future with garage door problems...and will tell our family and friends to use them too...Very impressed with Precision Garage Door Service...Thank You

I had issues with my garage door on a Saturday. I went on line and found Precision Door Service which offered 24/7 service. I was also impressed with their web site. I was told that Patrick would be my technician and the time lines that he would be at my house. Patrick showed up on time as promised and gave me a courtesy call before he arrived. I found Patrick to be very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me a price on rebuilding the door which he could do while he was there. I asked Patrick to give a price on replacing the door and the opener and since I had issues with my door and opener before, so I decided to replace the door and opener. Patrick made a call to his office and made arrangements to have the work done on Monday. And as promised Charles and Dylan showed up on time as promised and with a courtesy call before arriving. The installation was fast and seamless. Charles showed me where to lubricate my door every 6 months for preventive maintenance. I'm very much pleased with the price as I found to be very competitive. The service was awesome and exceeded my expectation. Precision door is all about Customer Service and Professionalism. I give them a 5 star and will recommend to my family and friends.

Patrick's knowledge and expertise was fantastic! As a retired Mfg consultant for over 40 years, I can easily recognize when a technician has good skills, knowledge of his or her craft and demonstrates it with great efficiency and enthusiasm! Patrick displayed of these characteristics when he repaired my garage door. He is a great representative of Precision Door Service and should be highly commended for his work ethics. Also, the manner in which Precision performs its services is very professional. The total door inspection and critiques, explanation and follow on action required, is to be commended. From the minute I purchased "The Deal" I knew I'd made a good decision. Jocelyn took my information and answered all the questions I had at that time in a very friendly and professional manner. Luis has been here twice. An excellent experience. He - in a moment - diagnosed our problem and the door has never worked more smoothly or quietly. He also was able to install a new door seal and fix a drafty seal. Very professional and polite person. I would recommend this company to anyone.
