Kyle was the service technician who repaired my garage door. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgable. He assessed the issue, discussed what was needed to fix my door, provided recommendations and fixed the door quickly. I was impressed by the knowledge and demeanor of the two men who worked on my garage door. I respect the fact that they did not try to persuade me to invest in an expensive repair. Three areas of repair were presented, and I was able to select the one I could afford. I will certainly use Precision again because of the skill and confidence of the two men who completed the job.

In the process of preparing a newly-purchased residence for occupancy, I had bought a new garage door remote and was experiencing difficulty in getting it programmed. I called Precision Garage Door and requested assistance, noting that the new tenants would be arriving in three days. An appointment was set up for the following morning. I was blown away by their follow-up email. It not only thanked me for the appointment and confirmed arrival time but also provided photos of the technicians who would be coming. After their timely arrival and resolution of my problem, I requested an evaluation of my garage door. Joe pointed out several deficiencies which would undoubtedly be problematic at some future point in time. I requested a full overhaul and as a result received a 5 year warranty. It is reassuring to know that I have eliminated one source of tenant trouble calls and can rest assured that my tenants will not have garage door problems.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Precision Door Service. The technician called to let me know he was enroute to my house, arrived on time at the scheduled appointment time, and was in a marked vehicle. He was very professional, couterous, and knowledgeable. He was very contentious, workining tirelessly to ensure the garage door was working accurately and was level. I received a full explanation of repair options and costs. Once i decided on the work to be done, he promptly completed the job. I am very pleased to have a quiet, safe functioning garage door. I will recommend Precision Door Service to my neighbors.

I called, and was given an appointment the same day concerning repairing the garage door. Thomas called and came in a timely manner. Thomas did a great job of explaining what work needed to be done and the costs of repair was broken down. I really appreciate Thomas not being pushy. I asked Thomas about a new door installation and Thomas took his time, showing me the costs and options. I decided to go with a new door because the door was insulated and my garage door was about 18 years old. Precision was able to replace the door the same day. The service representative worked fast, was very polite and did excellent work. He took time to explain the work he did and showed me how I can service the garage door myself every six months or so. I appreciate the professionalism of the men working for Precision. I also want to note that both men wore uniforms and were easily identifiable.

I had a single spring, double door spring break about an hour after closing door (heard a big bang in garage). I had used PDS several years ago on my mom's door. I got service within the hour of my 6pm call Monday; technician evaluated my 14 yr old door and suggested two spring counterbalance set up along with new rollers and , bearing plates, etc. Although a little pricey, I did get a discount off service call and considering I got emergency service within an hour plus a warranty on work done for 3-5 years, I am hoping that I will go another 14 years without any major door issues. Patrick adjusted door and checked opener operation before leaving; I also appreciate the fact that he answered all my questions and concerns in a professional matter. Thanks for the prompt service.
