Found your ad in the yellow pages. It was the weekend when I was looking for service and I liked the fact that a person would answer my call. The work was performed today. Tommy was excellent! The technicians name was Patrick Stockton. I believe he to be an asset to your company I rate him 5 stars. We just bought this house and are new to this area. We have First American home buyers protection they set up the appointment for us. I must say we were very pleased they use your company we needed a complete PDS overhaul which was done in a timely manner and was kind enough to explain everything he was doing in detail we rate our overall experience 5 stars

I chose Precision after careful research and calling around to various other companies in the area. They were polite, treated me well, and honest in their assessment of my issues. I also felt that they were the most competitive in their pricing especially since they're willing to match. Patrick S. was my service guy and he was fantastic. His patience paid off and I ended up with an awesome, quiet new set up. I absolutely loved the same day service and that he had everything available on his truck to get me taken care of. My technician was very courteous and seemed to really know his job. He was very professional. His name was James and he wore a uniform and drove a marked vehicle. He worked on my existing door and replaced door opener. My door is so quiet now and before it sounded like a freight train. He also installed a keypad on the outside. I am very pleased with my experience.

Went with your company because you were the one American Home Warranty chose. Technician did a good job. I have a problem with AHW because your tech said they only allow repair of broken parts. When I read my contract it says they should allow for repair if tech thinks it could be affecting the opener. All they want to do is patch stuff and not correct it if something is not done right to begin with. I am very happy with your tech and your company just not AHW. Thanks.
