I am happy to rate the service I received today from Precision Overhead Door Service a FIVE! Tommy Gatlin came less than 2 hours after called and evaluated and explained the reason for the problems with my garage door. He made suggestions for correcting the problems. He repaired and replaced parts needed and door is working perfectly! Tommy was mannerly, efficient, and knowledgeable. If ever needed, I would certainly request him again.

I would give a five star rating for the excellent service given for repair work on my garage door on a cold Saturday afternoon. The repairman was thoughtful and helpful to this 91 year old distraught woman! I had to smile this Monday afternoon when I saw your Precision truck at my next door neighbor`s garage! At 4pm on Friday a spring on my garage door broke and I called Precision. A technician came to my house at about 5PM and made the door operable although a complete repair won't be performed until Monday. Very responsive service!

James came out to repair a broken spring a couple of years ago, and told us we could get a discount on new doors after the repairs and tune-up he completed for us anytime within five years. He came back, honored the commitment and now we have brand new doors on order. James' repair work in the beginning is why we are still customers and why we looked no where else when it came time to replace the doors.

James was prompt, friendly and professional. He was running ahead of the appointment time, so he called to see if he could come early. He arrived in 20 minutes! He also tested the doors and programmed the new remotes that we needed. He even remembered (or your files told him!) that your company had serviced us in 2009. Overall, great job!

Had been living with a garage door badly out of adjustment with issues that had not been identified and repaired by another local, supposedly well respected company. The Precision guy was professional, knowledgeable and thorough in completely checking the door and finding the issues needing to be fixed. The main issue was a single, undersized torsion spring for the 16 ft door. The door needed two torsion springs to balance it. I accepted his suggestions to also replace all worn parts to restore normal door travel since I open and close the door a lot. He wasn't pushy at all. Without the strain on the 13 year old opener, it should last a few more years before needing to be replaced. I'm convinced the job was done right and I'm completely satisfied.

Most definitely a 5 star rating! From the time I called until the tech was at the door was less than 45 min-- that wasextremely impressive. Tommy was very professional, courtesy, and friendly. Also, he was very patient in dealing with the so called Home Warrenty people on the opener. I really appreciated his efforts on this.
