The experience I had was wonderful. The technician not only arrived at the appointed time, but carried out the work with great professionalism. I had contacted other vendors that afternoon; none responded to my call. I was surprised when someone responded when I called your company, and even more surprised when they said a technician could come out that evening. My wife and I were and continue to be very pleased with this experience.

James arrived ahead of schedule, called to let us know he was on the way. He got right to work and completed the repair in about an hour and a half. Needed new torsion bar and springs. Door works very smooth and well balanced. James was very friendly and helpful with future maintenance. I would call again if I needed repairs.

I was very pleased with the quick response and the service. The service men were very informative and friendly. The springs and rollers were replaced and the garage door was working again in a short time. They even got the light on my opener, which hadn't worked in years, working again. I would definitely call Precision in the future.

We purchased a replacement garage door after calling Precision for repair of our old one. They made a free service call and explained clearly why a new door would be more cost effective than the work required to repair the old one. We had one small problem with a panel on the new door, and they quickly, efficiently took care of that with no extra charge!

The serviceman clearly explained what was wrong and what the repair would cost. He The serviceman gets 5 stars?. He was very polite and clearly explained what needed repair and the costs. The ad was misleading in that it says weekend appointment and emergencies on the weekend 24/7. The operator said that 24/7 means we can make appointments on the weekend for the coming week and also there is no emergency service on the weekend, very misleading. 3 stars for the ad.

We do provide 24/7 live operator service for emergencies and non-emergencies that happen after normal business hours. We also provide emergency after hours appointments from 6 pm to 9 pm Monday - Friday, plus weekend service on Saturday from 9 am - 9 pm. I hope that better describes our emergency service availability.

My garage door opener was frozen. My daughter had to take me to work and a co-worker recommended your company. One call and they were out to the house to repair the door. Actually the door was fine but the moving parts and major springs in the electric door had to be replaced. No extra time wasted or trips to the shop...all new and a warranty too. I am well satisfied with the work of your technician although I did mention that I saw your ad in the yellow pages and I guess he didn't hear me. Other than that me being 71 yrs old every little bit helps.
