We purchased your garage doors about a year ago and were very pleased with them. However, my wife wanted the window section relocated from the middle to the top section. Had a spring break on my garage door, Tommy came out and promptly showed me why the springs were constantly breaking, remedied the problem and ended up installing new pullies, rollers, cables and springs, and now the door works perfectly! He also greased the chain and adjusted the track. Thanks precision!

The spring on the top of my garage door snapped and I thought about doing it myself, but for the price, just went ahead and had Precision do it. Turned out to be a good choice, not only did he change it (and very quick at that), but showed me where to grease up to make the door last longer. Great service and very respectful and courteous employees.

I am happy to rate the service I received today from Precision Overhead Door Service a FIVE! Tommy Gatlin came less than 2 hours after called and evaluated and explained the reason for the problems with my garage door. He made suggestions for correcting the problems. He repaired and replaced parts needed and door is working perfectly! Tommy was mannerly, efficient, and knowledgeable. If ever needed, I would certainly request him again.

At 4pm on Friday a spring on my garage door broke and I called Precision. A technician came to my house at about 5PM and made the door operable although a complete repair won't be performed until Monday. Very responsive service!
