Great service but had no idea I will be charge $50 for service call. Doors have been installed less than a year and there was a gap at the top that was not noticed until cold weather. Can’t really call it a garage door repair had to turn a screw onooener and that was it. Service person Was very professional and friendly and precise

Unfortunately our garage door opener spring snapped at 3:15. Too make matters worse I could not manually open the door and both cars were in the garage. I contacted Precision at 4:00 and was told our service rep would be here between 6 to 8. Josh Compton showed up at 4:45, quickly identified the problem. By 5:30 he was finished, door opener worked superbly and Josh was very professional throughout the complete process.
