When you need a repairman, it always seems to happen during the weekend or a holiday. As my luck would have it, my garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon 12/14/2019 and my wife was out Christmas shopping. I called several numbers and was told they were closed. I then called Precision Door and was able to talk with a very nice lady that took my information and said a repairman would be there within a couple of hours. Within 30 minutes I received a call and the repairman was on his way. My door was repaired by Roger and I was very happy with the service and price I received. I would highly recommend you consider Precision Door to repair your garage door anytime.

This is the second time we've used Precision and both experiences were great. This time the technician (Alex) came within 30 minutes from the time I called in for service. How can you beat that. When my home was built 12 years ago they installed the door for me. i have always had good and quick service from them. I accidentally hit the door yesterday and damaged 3 panels. When I called immediately they were very helpful. Dorian came and was very helpful. he took care of ordering a new door for me and I am hoping it will arrive and be installed quickly. The first three numbers I called resulted in answering machines. Precision was phone call number 4 and had a technician at my house within 30min of our conversation. I could see right away that Alex was mortified by my antiquated garage door system but he set about repairing it anyway. He got it operational but also gave me a quote for new doors, at my request. The reason I didn't call them first was because I thought they would be expensive. They weren't, and you know what they say, just do it right the first time.

My garage door was intermittently stopping when rolling up. Precision Garage Door arrived the same day I called and the service technician, Josh, was fantastic. Instead of just performing a quick short-term fix, Josh correctly diagnosed the full issue and rebuilt the garage door mechanics within an hour or so. He even properly centered the door to fix an original installation issue. The door runs like new now!! 5 stars all the way for a skilled and professional service!

After our garage door spring broke I called the company who installed it. It was 330 on Friday and they didn’t want to do it and hung up on me. I called Precision and they came almost immediately. James diagnosed the problems and repaired everything in about an hour. I will never call anyone else for garage door service!

Bottom Line Up Front: Precision was and is the BEST choice in all things garage door related! Upon initial contact to precision over the phone, their customer service representative was very polite & professional and accommodating to our scheduling needs. Chris B. was the Technician who came to help us with our garage door issues. Right away he demonstrated his subject matter expertise while explaining his diagnosis of the problem; as well as the best, and most cost effective, way to repair our garage door. Throughout his diligent and methodical repair process he patiently and articulately explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. We were so impressed with Chris’s professionalism and acumen that we decided on the spot to have him go ahead and replace and install new drive systems on both our large and small garage doors. His attention to detail was particularly noteworthy, a true master of his craft. I have no doubt that Chris B. is representative to all the fine technicians that are at Precision, but if an occasion arises again where we need garage service, I am calling Chris B. from Precision! 5 Stars *****

Jame did a fabulous job - and I am very picky! No only was he technically competent he had great customer skills. Totally rebuild our old door - rollers, cables and springs and replaced the drive motor.
