Robert took the time to explain the problem and also showed how we could perform simple maintenance on our garage door system to keep it functioning. Robert is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I thought the price for the repair was steep, but I needed the door working and so many positive reviews could not be wrong, right? Later I decided to some search on the internet. Basically I was charged 20% over the most expensive price estimates I could find. The invoice list all the parts that were replaced, but does not include their price, nor the price for the labor, just the total price charged. Not transparent, to say the least. It was my fault, I should have done my due diligence before calling them. Will not happen again.

Thank you for scheduling and responding to my residence for a repair to one of my garage doors. Robert arrived, gave me a good estimate on replacing my garage door opener, had the needed parts and motor on his service truck, started the work on it, and finished the job in less time than he had estimated. The older motor was loud when it was working, but with the new motor and hardware that Robert installed, you have to be looking at the door going up and down to know that it is moving. Thanks Robert for a job well done !
