You did door opener for my daughter in Sugarwood Farragut a year or so back. Then your technician Alex was at neighbors here in Glen Abbey in Dec 2019 and I asked for his advice. He told me the approach PDS had for overhaul and option for replacing chain drive OH motor. I waited six months and then called PDS and same day Josh M. Installed overhaul and belt drive motor. Very pleased with reduced sound of opening closing. Also very satisfied with interactions with Josh.

Great, fast service! Our old 14 year old garage door opener finally broke and was not worth trying to fix. Precision was able to come out within 24 hours and replace the whole system in record time. Chris was an awesome technician. He went through everything with us and was super friendly and professional. Cant say enough, highly recommend!

Robert was our serviceman. He was great! I thought our garage door opener was broken. The eye on lower L was moved. He showed me how to reset it. I made a purchase but it was not listed. I purchased a new rubber gasket edge for the bottom edge. Robert was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was done in a quick and timely manner!

I called late in the morning and had a new opener by 3PM. JOSH and his assistant were excellent. They explained the problem and went straight to work with the instillation. Josh to the time to program both of our cars for us and to explain all information. They were both helpful and enjoyable-definitely pleased and will be sure to call them back when other door needs repair!

I had an issue with my door late Sunday night. I called and they had someone at my house the next morning. They told me who would show up, sent me an email with photos of the technician. They came when they said they would. This is so important to me, when a company gives me a short 2 hour window to come to my home and they were on time. The technician, Alex, quickly diagnosed the issue with the door and gave me several repair options. My door went from immobile and crooked to working perfectly in minutes. I can say without a doubt, I will give my business to this company anytime I have any issues with my door. And when I am ready for new equipment, I know who I will call.

Be sure to ask “what else might I need due to the age of my door?” because the technician clearly knew that based on the age of the house that I was gonna require more than the $255 repair I was quoted. And I was told on the phone by Thomas that if they’d quoted me the $500, I wouldn’t have had them out for the repair. Hmmmmm. Clearly the plan was to get the job with a low quote and then upcharge you for what the believe you’ll need. The repair itself is satisfactory but twice as much as the original quote. Did I need the extra work done? I have no idea. Based on the age of the door, it is possible but folks should know on the front end that the likelihood of only paying $255 is pretty slim.
