I had used your service a few years ago when a torsion spring broke and was very satisfied then so naturally I called again when i had a problem with the cables jumping off the pulleys and the door was stuck in the open position. Your service man was great and identified the problem within a minute. I would not have guessed in a million years what caused the problem; a snake was wrapped around the pulley! The amazing thing was that the service man said this wasn't the first time he had encountered this problem. You guys should add snake removal to your list of services!

Professional service. Actually called to move up installation time if ok with us. Absolutely. Explained all the details and answered any questions I had. Gave us a reasonable price below other companies. Work was completed in the time frame they told us. Garage door works great. Additional rubber trim on bottom of door completely closes off the space our previous door left open. No worries about rain or critters now. .

Precision Door Service was EXCEPTIONAL. When they couldn't provide service when I called late in the evening about a broken door spring, they had an individual, Justin at my door the next morning at 7:30 AM. He was awesome. He completed his instillation of the new spring, added a pully rod and door strip. Project completed within the hour he quoted.

The technician was very professional and immediately discovered the problem and fixed it. The technician only had to move the lock back in place. In 2020 you had to replace several parts on this garage door. It has worked perfectly every since. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone. Betty Slusher

Excellent. Justin did a great job; I called the office at 1130 and he was at my house shortly after 1200. I explained what I wanted, he gave me a very reasonable quote, I approved it, he told me it would be about 45 minutes, and by 1300, I had a beautiful, quiet, and smooth door opener moving my garage door up and down perfectly. It was a great experience for me and I absolutely recommend Precision to anyone looking for a new garage door opener…

I called Precision to perform preventative maintenance on my garage door because it was sticking a little bit. I found a $95 coupon for a “Garage door tuneup”. I thought this was a very fair price. I showed the coupon to the mechanic, and he said he had never seen that coupon and wouldn’t take it. I asked him why, and he replied it wouldn’t cost the much. I was only charged $49.50, which for a house call for anything is unbelievably cheap. I have used Precision in the past and they have always been fair, honest, and dependable.

Repeat Customer here! We had Precision install one of our two garage door openers just over a year ago when it quit working. This year, we had similar issue with current opener, and Michael was quick and efficient in getting a new one installed. He offered us the option of repairing the current one, but we decided it's life expectancy wasn't long so went ahead and got the new one. It is so much quieter, I'm glad we made that decision. I don't think you will be disappointed in their service!
