On Sunday we couldn't get our garage door to open. I called Precision Garage Door and Michael was there within 2 hours and fixed it! They didn't charge extra for it being on a Sunday and did excellent work. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Came home Friday night and closed garage door and heard a boom! Called Precision at 7:30 PM and scheduled a Saturday service call. Unbelievable I received service the next day. Had a car trapped in the garage and door would not open. Technician came out , did a quick assessment and quoted me a price ( very reasonable). Door fixed Saturday afternoon. I am blown away by the quick response! Thank you Precision! Tech was awesome!

I am very impressed. Tommy gave us an estimate for two new garage doors and the whole package deal. We paid exactly what he estimated and he was very informative and professional, did not pay any extra. Took three weeks for the doors to come in then doors were installed by Jon and Adam. It took about three hours to install. Then the guys explained how everything worked and answered all of our questions with ease. It was a great experience! I highly recommend Precision Garage doors if you are looking for great looking garage doors and peace of mind for getting a job done right and at the price they said it was going to be.

Thank you for such excellent service! Precision did a repair on my aging system 4 years ago. The primary spring finally broke a couple of days ago (it's a 20 year old opener). I called yesterday and Michael Hall came over this morning and installed a new system after discussing a couple of options. And he did so in only a couple of hours! I'm impressed with the service and the price. Everyone I've interacted with at Precision have been professional, polite, friendly, and courteous. Great business!

Thank Derek! Same day service is true! He was here within an hour of me calling when our Spring on our garage door broke! A little more than what we expected but glad he found the dangerous situation that was causing it so we agreed to the extra repairs because safety for us and our kid’s come first! He was in and out with all the repairs only taking a little over an hour like he said it would be!

I called to have my garage door looked at since I was unable to close it when I was going to church. I called at 12:30 to get an appointment and a technician was here at 1:15. Tech came the day I called and was on time. He was able to find the problem almost immediately and had the equipment including a new devise to fix it. I had used your service a few years ago when a torsion spring broke and was very satisfied then so naturally I called again when i had a problem with the cables jumping off the pulleys and the door was stuck in the open position. Your service man was great and identified the problem within a minute. I would not have guessed in a million years what caused the problem; a snake was wrapped around the pulley! The amazing thing was that the service man said this wasn't the first time he had encountered this problem. You guys should add snake removal to your list of services!

Professional service. Actually called to move up installation time if ok with us. Absolutely. Explained all the details and answered any questions I had. Gave us a reasonable price below other companies. Work was completed in the time frame they told us. Garage door works great. Additional rubber trim on bottom of door completely closes off the space our previous door left open. No worries about rain or critters now. .
