My tech was Patrick and he was great!! Gave me a 10-15 minutes heads up call introducing himself and ETA. Once onsite quickly identified the issue and gave me solutions and a little advice as far as preventive maintenance. These guys are efficient and he quickly got my garage door operational and sounding better than before. Thanks again Patrick!! Merry Christmas!!

Precision staff are very courteous and very efficient. I’ve used them twice and both times have been a great experience. My garage door was not only fixed, but they also looked for additional problems. The repairs were fixed quickly. I definitely will continue to give them my business.

I called Precision Garage door at approximately 1:30 PM. At approximately 2:30, an hour later, Derek the tech arrived and diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener. Derek replaced the opener and explained everything to me. I am very pleased with the prompt response from the company and the professionalism that Derek exhibited.

I'm extremely pleased with Precision! When my garage door stopped opening, I called, and got an appointment THAT DAY. The questions asked and information given were so clear that I knew precisely which tech was coming (Michael) and when. A follow-up email, with a link to the tech's pictures were especially professional. Michael arrived on time, was personable, assessed the problem, gave me a couple of options and proceeded to install a new Genie garage system including an outdoor keypad, new remotes, sensors, etc. He then thoroughly explained how the system worked and answered any questions, all in about 2 hours! I was extremely impressed with the entire operation.

We had a great experience with the technician, Thomas Travis, who came to our house last week to fix our garage door opener/clicker. He diagnosed the problem as actually stemming from the board within the garage door opener/motor itself, and unfortunately, because our system is so old, a repair wasn't possible. However, Thom was able to offer us a new garage door opener system on the stop, which he installed within the hour. After doing that, he showed us all how the new equipment worked, and we were delighted in the upgrade in features from what we had before *and in how quiet it now is! Thom was very approachable and friendly the entire time, and he also tells good stories. :) We were very pleased with our experience with him and the company, and we will use Precision again if we have any needs.

We had some older Craftsman garage door openers that needed repair. I called for an appointment this morning and they setup the same-day service call. Our technician, Raymond, did a great job reviewing the situation and after discussion we decided to replace our openers with new up-to-date Genies. Raymond did excellent work and was very professional. I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door/opener needs!
