I have never had such a quick response from any company ever. I called the office around 910 in the morning and I got called by a technician 3 minutes later and he said he was on the way. Everything was fixed and taken care of by 10 30.

The technician (Chuck I think but I may be wrong) called ahead and arrived at time stated. He diagnosed the problem with my door not closing quickly and then reset the door open close limits. When he left the door was functioning properly. I may need to have them back out later to fine tune the close limit switch if I can't figure it out.
