My garage door broke on a Saturday night . I was not able to repair it by myself so I ended up crossing my fingers and called a company to see if they could help me the following Monday about 10:30 am . I had decided to try Precision Garage Door Service of Knoxville because of the reviews and a recommendation from a friend . Am I glad I did ! From the phone call until the job was finished , it was a wonderful experience . The lady told me what would take place , and that's what happened . The young man that came out was very , very good at his job . I enjoyed watching someone work when they know what their doing . Needless to say who I will call next time I need my garage doors repaired or who I will recommend to anyone else . Again , a special THANK YOU to Derek Haynie for doing a good job and everyone else that helped me .

Patrick did an excellent job on our garage door. We had initially called because of a broken spring. Our door is over 30 years old and he pointed out several things that would help its operation and longevity. The door is now operating smoothly and quietly.

Precision Door Service was amazing. My brilliant husband tore up our garage door when he got a broom stuck in it which bent it all out of place. My husband then proceeded to try and fix it by doing more damage (wives you know how that is); however, we called Precision Door Service on the fourth of July, and they came right out and fixed it as good as new in just a few minutes. If it weren't for Precision Door Service, we wouldn't have been able to get the garage door open at all which meant that we couldn't get our grill out of the garage, and we were signed up to grill hamburgers for our entire neighborhood for a fourth of July celebration. Thanks Precision Door Service for saving the day and the holiday.

Prompt, professional service. Tech arrived on time. Worked quickly to resolve issue. Probably not the cheapest, but as with any service co., you get what you pay for. My opinion - there is not a better garage door co. than Precision! Plus a 10 year warranty.

The dispatcher was very courteous, professional, and clear with what to expect. She checked my availability and scheduled a tech right away. My tech, Josh, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He was done in less than an hour converting my Torquemaster set to Standard Torsion and made sure everything worked well. Excellent experience all around! Precision was recommended to me by a friend and I would not hesitate to do the same!

I am a 85 year old widow and I have to depend on others when things go wrong in my house. When my garage door would not open my daughter made the arrangement with your company to check out the problem. Of course the problem would happen on a weekend day. Came home Friday night and closed garage door and heard a boom! Called Precision at 7:30 PM and scheduled a Saturday service call. Unbelievable I received service the next day. Had a car trapped in the garage and door would not open. Technician came out , did a quick assessment and quoted me a price ( very reasonable). Door fixed Saturday afternoon. I am very impressed. Tommy gave us an estimate for two new garage doors and the whole package deal. We paid exactly what he estimated and he was very informative and professional, did not pay any extra. Took three weeks for the doors to come in then doors were installed by Jon and Adam. It took about three hours to install. Then the guys explained how everything worked and answered all of our questions with ease. It was a great experience! I highly recommend Precision Garage doors if you are looking for great looking garage doors and peace of mind for getting a job done right and at the price they said it was going to be.

Thank you for such excellent service! Precision did a repair on my aging system 4 years ago. The primary spring finally broke a couple of days ago (it's a 20 year old opener). I called yesterday and Michael Hall came over this morning and installed a new system after discussing a couple of options. And he did so in only a couple of hours! I'm impressed with the service and the price. Everyone I've interacted with at Precision have been professional, polite, friendly, and courteous. Great business!

Thank Derek! Same day service is true! He was here within an hour of me calling when our Spring on our garage door broke! A little more than what we expected but glad he found the dangerous situation that was causing it so we agreed to the extra repairs because safety for us and our kid’s come first! He was in and out with all the repairs only taking a little over an hour like he said it would be!
