Patrick is a miracle worker! One of the door opener sensors was off kilter and solved our problem. When he looked up there was a crack in the garage door actually turned out to be two cracks and the door is bowing in the middle. We just assume the door will always be there what could happen to it. New door on the way.

Wow, same day service available but choose early next morning for a broken spring and cables. My tech was Tommy and we could not have been more ecstatic with his professionalism and expertise. We actually added a new garage door opener for a super successful install, quiet as a mouse. Very happy consumer here and thats no easy feat with me. Thanks Tommy

The quote was given the day I inquired about a purchase. I had a little difficulty getting the installation paid for & scheduled. However, they made up for it by actually installing the door the day it was delivered to them. The technicians did an excellent job installing it all and also were very thorough in explaining how everything worked!

Although no one wants to spend $ on garage door repairs, Precision made it as painless as possible. Broken spring, worn bearings, cables, rollers...all repaired quickly and professionally by Thomas. Would definately recommend to others.

Excellent service, called late Wednesday after calling two other companies, including one who actually replaced the springs 2 yrs ago and neither were able to come out. I called Precision at 2:30 due, explained my situation and they immediately scheduled a same day service between 3 and 5 today. Technician called me twice to update his arrival and arrived around 4:30. Professional, efficient and 1st class work. Precision will be my service company of choice if ever needed in the future.

Precision Door Service was awesome. I called for a service request at 1pm and had a technician show up to my house at 4:45pm same day, WOW! Very fast, and very reliable. The technician was awesome. He was very professional, friendly, respectful, understanding of our needs, and very aware of costs as well. His overall goal was for us to have a safe working garage rather than going in, getting paid, and leaving. Even my dog liked the service tech. Next garage problem I have Precision Doors is my go to company for excellent, affordable, reliable, and professional service. Dio was my technician today.. Great rep for your company.. We planed on just replacing springs but after talking with him knew that was a bad idea.. Instead we went with full restore of door parts and was very happy with end results.. Sure we paid more than I expected today but in long run this saved us hundreds if not over 1000$ easy
