I have my garage door gear and motor blew out, checked in the internet for someone since the regular person that do repairs was not available and found very good reviews on Precision Door Service and decided to call. I was immediately answered and the lady that took my call was outstanding. I got an appointment later and technician called ahead of time when he was ready to go. He arrive at the early part of the appointment time (3 to 5), quote and I decide to go ahead and make the installation. I am very pleased of the work with only one very minor exception, the clear plastic of the new motor has a lot of grease stains and I will have to clean that, but nevertheless the work is perfect and I am very please and can recommend this company. Thank you.

I had my garage doors inspected and given a once over to see if there were any issues. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a few issues and he corrected them no problem. I also appreciated that he didn't try to tell me I needed a bunch of parts replaced or stuff I didn't really need. Very honest and up front. Called around noon to have someone check out a problem we were having with our garage door. Got an appointment that day with a 3:00 - 5:00 window. James called at 2:00 and said he'd be at the house by 2:30. When he arrived we discussed the problem. After taking a look at the door James reviewed our options and the cost. I authorized James to go ahead with the repair. He was finished at 3:30 and I was completely satisfied with the work. I would definitely call Precision door and James if I had garage door problems.

James arrived when he said he would. I told him that my garage door opened when it was dark but not when the sun was shining. Of course when he arrived, it was cloudy. the door worked perfectly. He checked it and discovered that one of the lights near the bottom of the door was very loose. He tightened it. He told me that as loose as it was, the slightest vibration would cause the door to not operate properly. He told me if it did not operate properly when the sun was out, call him back.

Well I needed a remote to fix the remote in my car. I called Precision about 1 o'clock and asked them if they could help me out. The Girl said they could have someone here between 2 and 4 o'clock. The man was here about 2:30 and had me a remote ready before I could walk out to the garage. He got the bill together, and I was fooling with the remote on my car, when he walked up and asked if I would like him to fix it for me, he did, I paid him and the job was done. Very professional, very reasonable, very quick. I highly recommend them.

The customer service was absolutely incredible. From the associate that took my call, all the way through the process of Patrick completing the repair! I placed a call for a repair and within an hour and a half the job was completed. I was amazed! My garage door works better and makes less noise than it did when it was new. Thank you to all of the staff that made it possible in so little time. Patrick was very courteous, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about what was needed to fix the door.
