They came out, saw the state of disrepair and immediately, upon my approval, repaired my garage door mechanisms causing the problem in less than an hour. There are so many variations of garage doors. But once we narrowed it down and finally chose our door, we are extremely happy. The only issue we had was after install, the moving parts were not lubricated so the system wasn't as quiet. A call to investigate quickly identified and resolved the problem. Excellent door.

Quick to respond to door that needed repaired. Door worked fine lifting manually But then employee said I needed a bunch of work done - over $650! Told him I just wanted opener fixed today. Would think about other repair vs replacement later. Got rude w me and family because I didn't go w suggested quote.

I had a great experience with Precision in the past so I decided to give them a try again. They didn’t disappoint. Called at 830am and they were there by 9am. Loved the email confirmation that includes a picture of the service tech that was coming to my appointment. Service Tech reviewed with me the repair that was needed and he performed the work quickly and efficiently.

Alex arrived when he said he would and quickly evaluated the problem. He fixed the problem and made a few recommendations for extending the life of my garage doors and opener. He did state that I would get a system "overhaul" quote that I have yet to receive. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Repairman showed up on time. Immediately remarked age of garage door. I had read reviews complaining of attempts to up sell extra work, so I was prepared for this tactic. Before he replaced the springs he stated I need new everything for several more hundred dollars. I declined the extras, then he stated no warranty. I needed my garage door repaired, not overhauled so I had springs replaced as I ordered. I would think your company would stand behind work and products installed, but on my invoice it states no warranty. Too bad....I would not call your company again.

Chose Precision because they replaced the spring on one of my doors a couple of years ago and I was pleased with their service. This time, one of the openers was apparently fried in a power surge. They came out on a Saturday morning on Memorial Day weekend and diagnosed the problem quickly, giving me two options for repair. I chose to replace the opener. I asked them to install the new opener on the double door, as the new one was more powerful than the one that was there (and still worked), and move the old one from the double door to the single door. The two techs did that and installed the interior button, exterior remote and safety sensors in about an hour, maybe less. The new opener is so quiet I thought it wasn't working the first few times I opened the door. I was, again, very pleased with their service and will use them again, which hopefully won't be for a while.
