Service technicians were prompt, courteous, efficient. I received a thorough explanation of work to be performed and allowed to ask questions as they worked. I am waiting on a call back concerning the senior citizen discount that was not deducted from the bill. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend your company.

Excellent service, called late Wednesday after calling two other companies, including one who actually replaced the springs 2 yrs ago and neither were able to come out. I called Precision at 2:30 due, explained my situation and they immediately scheduled a same day service between 3 and 5 today. Technician called me twice to update his arrival and arrived around 4:30. Professional, efficient and 1st class work. Precision will be my service company of choice if ever needed in the future.

Patrick did a great job. Right on time and on a weekend. He also pointed out some other small things that I should keep an eye on. Found a broken hinge, that I would have never noticed. I called Precision door and was able to get same day service. I did spend a little extra on my service than expected but was able to get a five year warranty on my garage door. The technician was very personable and knowledgeable of the equipment.

Precision Door Service was awesome. I called for a service request at 1pm and had a technician show up to my house at 4:45pm same day, WOW! Very fast, and very reliable. The technician was awesome. He was very professional, friendly, respectful, understanding of our needs, and very aware of costs as well. His overall goal was for us to have a safe working garage rather than going in, getting paid, and leaving. Even my dog liked the service tech. Next garage problem I have Precision Doors is my go to company for excellent, affordable, reliable, and professional service. Your service tech DIO should be employee of the month for his stellar service and skill.

Dio was my technician today.. Great rep for your company.. We planed on just replacing springs but after talking with him knew that was a bad idea.. Instead we went with full restore of door parts and was very happy with end results.. Sure we paid more than I expected today but in long run this saved us hundreds if not over 1000$ easy

The first time I used your company was approx 2 yrs ago and found you via phone book, I would like to thank your manager and Patrick for the service I received today it was excellent Patrick did an outstanding job also was very promt. He was able to repair my garage door which I owe him a great thank you, I will recommend you and your company to anyone I know that is in need of a door repair or a new door. Once again thank you for an outstanding job and keep up the good work as I will use you whenever I need to up grade or repair again.

The service was good but they were over an hour past the range. I wasn't told on the phone that I couldn't use both of my coupons even though I asked the girl on the phone multiple times about the costs and told her I had 2 coupons. I was upset that my bill went from 225 to 455. Finally, I never received an invoice thru my email as promised, only a survey. Thomas was very nice.
