The service technician replaced a number of parts that were completely unnecessary. These included new springs (the existing springs were just a few years old), rollers, cables, and two 16 foot struts (we already had two 16 foot struts on the door). The total bill was over $1800. I do not plan to use Precision Garage Door Service again.

Simply Awesome and quick service! Tommy was my tech and he did a great job in evaluating my garage door and making recommendations. The previous owner had only changed one door spring and ot both. He also pointed out other improvements to enhance my door performance and longevity. He asked if it was okay to park on the street where he had his vehicle and was very professional. Lightning struck the house Fri night in the storm that swept through the area. Decided to wait til Monday to call a door company after I discovered I couldn’t fix it! A nephew Adam Nelson had me call you last year for my elderly neighbor I look after to install a garage door opener. He called and advised he could be earlier than scheduled and was very professional in all of his dealings with me. He was polite, knowledgeable, and customer friendly in replacing the garage door opener.
