Patrick called prior and arrived on time. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He assessed the broken spring issue and gave several choices for repair. He explained clearly the value of each choice and the short and long term advantages. He anticipated our needs and met them. We decided on a single spring system. He installed it, did minor repair on the door and confirmed that the door opened and closed smoothly and quietly. Cost was within our budget. We highly recommend using PDS and ask for Patrick!

I needed a reliable firm that would remove an original wooden garage door from my grandparents' home in Maryville and replace it with a new door. From the time I met with the estimator until the complete installation, these guys were great! The old door was extremely heavy, and they removed it, cleaned the space, and installed an efficient, beautiful new door. They even had to do some extra framing because the size wasn't exact, and it looks wonderful. Thanks so much for a great job!!

5 stars Patrick came to inspect our garage doors and gave us three options for improving existing doors or replacing them. He was pleasant, punctual, very informative, and no pressure. We chose replacing our garage doors. Dylan and Charles replaced the doors. They were also very pleasant, punctual, and did an excellent job. I appreciated the professionalism, the ability to read about each service person and view their pictures before they arrived, and their desire to be sure we were pleased with the service. I had my garage door repaired. Thomas Wright was very professional and informative during the initial estimate. He helped me understand what was wrong and why and then explained exactly what needed to done to fix the problem. On the day of the repair he was, again, very professional and did a thorough, quick job. When he was finished, he showed me what was done and how smoothly things worked. When I decide to repair the other door I will use Precision again.

Communication was excellent! Tech always called to say they were late or ahead of schedule. Even though there was a problem with the part that was ordered, Precision made it work and installed two new openers with keypads. Love the new model - almost silent in operation!! Kevin did and outstanding job in a timely and professional manner. After he left I noticed, looking from the inside out, there was a gap in the L/H side of the door. Kevin had already informed me there was a defect in the top trim strip and that someone would be coming out to replace it. I will get the problem corrected at that time. Our garage door springs were replaced and a seal was installed on the bottom of the door to provide an airtight seal and prevent rainwater from leaking into the garage. Patrick was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled in performing the required work. Our experience with this company was very pleasant and we would have no reservation in recommending their services to others.
