Our garage door opener malfunctioned and Precision door came within just a few hours of us calling. It wasn't going to be worth repairing our old opener, so they installed a new opener and belt drive. It also came with a keypad and remotes. The keypad was a nice upgrade. The whole process took less than 2hours. The new opener is very quiet, much quieter than our old belt driven opener. We couldn't be happier with the service or product.

So happy with precision. Patrick was awesome. We had everything but the original garage doors repaired/replaced. Arrived when promised. We actually took recommendation from Patrick when he arrived to look at the doors and repair. We needed so much more and that was fine. We have known awhile that they needed repaired so we just had everything done at once. Patrick answered all our questions and worked up our estimate before everything was scheduled for the upcoming week. Highly recommend precision. Also i do not know of many other garage door companies that offer lifetime warranties on certain components. We greatly appreciate Patrick,Scott and Miss Holly they answered all questions, made the entire process extremely easy and instilled trust with the company and the products we purchased. We are now customers for life.

I had a garage spring break and called for repair at 7:30 A.M. Precision door was in my driveway by 9:00 A.M. James the service tech was very informative in provided several options for repair. He also inspected the second garage door and found some safety problems that needed addressed right away. James gave me some good tips on annual maintenance and did a great job on practicing social distancing. Great Company and good pricing

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company! I called after hours and I was so pleased with the response to my phone call. The spring broke in our garage door so we were “locked in”. Precision called the next morning when they were on the way. Fixed without any problem after we received an explanation of the service needed. Wonderful to have a true professional finish everything so quickly!

I had a new garage door installed end of April 2020. Last week we tried opening the door with no success. A Technician, Chris came out today and reverse something making it easier to open our manual door. We love our new door and the Services provided by your office and field staff

As I read your ad in the yellow pages, same day service and the fact that you service all brands tipped the scales in your favor. Your technician, Robert, was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining his evaluation of our problem. He was efficient with the task and removed all the old parts for us leaving the area clean and tidy. He identified all the parts he replaced and how the new parts compared to the old parts. We chose to replace the old motor as it had far outlived its expected service. The new product is quite impressive and we are delighted with the quality of the LinearPDS800...especially its smooth and very quiet operation. Robert asked us several times throughout the process if we had any questions making sure that we understood how everything operated. He reprogrammed our built in garage door openers in both cars and also explained our choice of warranty...what it covered, what it did not cover and why. We are very impressed with his professionalism and feel we made the best choice in choosing Precision for our garage door needs. We highly recommend them.

Our door was a mess even though it was only 3 years old! When James arrived he explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it and upgrade the door to where it should have been with the original installer. It only took him about 1 hr. to fix and it’s working great! Highly recommend Precision!!
