I was very pleased with the quick response and the service. The service men were very informative and friendly. The springs and rollers were replaced and the garage door was working again in a short time. They even got the light on my opener, which hadn't worked in years, working again. I would definitely call Precision in the future.

The serviceman clearly explained what was wrong and what the repair would cost. He The serviceman gets 5 stars?. He was very polite and clearly explained what needed repair and the costs. The ad was misleading in that it says weekend appointment and emergencies on the weekend 24/7. The operator said that 24/7 means we can make appointments on the weekend for the coming week and also there is no emergency service on the weekend, very misleading. 3 stars for the ad.

We do provide 24/7 live operator service for emergencies and non-emergencies that happen after normal business hours. We also provide emergency after hours appointments from 6 pm to 9 pm Monday - Friday, plus weekend service on Saturday from 9 am - 9 pm. I hope that better describes our emergency service availability.

Tommy was at a neighbors house down the street- so I pull over and waited, I got the phone number and call I was planing on getting other bids., but i Google search so I would have enough knowledge about what I wanted. Tommy came over a hour or so later. He was very knowledgable and I felt confident in his workmanship and abilities. So base upon what I found out the price for everything was what I would expect to pay for a professional installer, I am sure I could have saved a couple bucks- but I am also sure where would they make the cuts in the workmanship in order to save? I wasn't disappointed at all- clean up everything, went to the extra to lube things and so forth- I dot my hard earn money worth and some. Thanks Tommy!

I hoped they could fix my Genie, but allas it had past on at the age of 20. So went ahead & had Tommy install a whole new one. Much better!! Superior service !! Tommy was highly professional and had a fully equipped truck with all parts and replacements at hand. Explained everything fully. Service was prompt and efficient. Very good service. I called Thursday at 4:30 and they sent a tech. out Friday morning. The tech. rebuilt my 18ft door witch was a construction grade door, put all new hardware in. Very pleased I would call they again.

Had a spring break on my garage door, Tommy came out and promptly showed me why the springs were constantly breaking, remedied the problem and ended up installing new pullies, rollers, cables and springs, and now the door works perfectly! He also greased the chain and adjusted the track. Thanks precision!
