Your technician, James Wells, was very professional and helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He helped my mother in deciding to replace her old garage door opener and explained everything to her very professionally. She was very pleased with his service and how quickly he did the work. She was also surprised that he had all the necessary equipment available on his truck already. She had already checked with another company, who serviced her garage door opener, about getting a replacement and they told her she had to go to the store to buy the garage door opener and then schedule an appointment to install it. With one phone call, the replacement was taken care of. Everything was cleaned up and the old garage door opener removed when James was finished. Thank you for a very good job done!

I called for service and a person was scheduled for the next day at 11am. At 10:30 AM, he called stating he was available to come now if I wanted him to - I said yes. He did a thorough inspection and advised us on a few things we had no idea about regarding our garage door. Very professional and helpful. We would use this company again.

Nick quickly replaced the broken spring and asked if I needed help with anything else. He went out of his way to help me reprogram every remote I had for both garage doors. He even looked up the code to reprogram the keypads. Excellent customer service and an excellent technician!

My torsion spring broke 6 years after being replaced by Precision. They sent a repair technician the very next morning and had it working within 24 hours of the spring breaking. Patrick Stockston was the service tech who arrived after called and saying he was going to be on time. ( I liked that!) He quickly fixed the problem by replacing my broken door remote. My garage door is old and has probably been opened at least 29,200 in the last 20 years. He checked the door and make some future recommendations. I asked if he had time to do those repairs to which he responded he did! To my surprise, all the parts were on his well stocked truck. ( No waiting!) He worked efficiently and cleaned up when he was done. There is no way I could have selected a better company or have gotten a better service tech. I had not heard of your company before, I checked the yellow pages and read your ad. Am I pleased? YES Is Patrick Stockston a great representative for your company? ABSOLUTELY

Top-Notch Service. I called in the morning, was given a scheduled appointment time the same day and was advised my technician, Tommy, would call before his arrival. The door works smoothly and is attractive. The workmen were polite and efficient. About three weeks after installation the door started making noises when operated and moved roughly. A shiny new bolt and nut were found on the garage floor. When called, the workmen reappeared promptly and fixed the problem quickly. I am somewhat aghast that the loss of one bolt could cause such drastic mis-operation. I wonder also why that bolt was not tightened initially.

Garage door springs broke on a holiday weekend. The company works 24/7! Kyle arrived within the timeframe given (3 hours after calling) was very courteous and answered all our questions about repairs. Costs were more than reasonable. I hope they paid this veteran double-time for working on Memorial Day weekend.

Responded quickly to a broken spring. They identified other worn and failing parts, but also noted parts that were working fine and didn't need replacing. Overhaul cost more than I anticipated for just the broken spring, but the door opens more quietly and seems much more solid.

We decided, with the help of our service technician, Josh Compton, that replacing the 30 year old garage doors was better than repairing them. We have ordered doors but they are not yet installed. John was knowledgable, very friendly, patient, and thorough. He discussed the advantages of different models and we were happy to have his advice. Our service was prompt and he even arrived early. We are very pleased with everything so far and look forward to new garage doors soon.
