Thank you so much! Will recommend Precision to everyone! On Monday we discovered that the spring on our old manual garage door had broken & actually flew across the garage. So thankful that it happened during the night and not while we were in garage. We called Precision & explained the situation and within a few hours they sent someone to dismantle the other side/spring.(at no charge). At this point we had not even decided on where to purchase new door. The young man who came out was very helpful, courteous & professional. We asked him for an estimate on new door. We then called & talked with “door lady” who gave us three options. We called back the next day & ordered door and two days later we had a new door. The technician who installed the door was very helpful. He was professional & polite. He explained everything to us and gave us a number to call in case of questions. Thank you Precision !

I didn’t think I could have gotten a garage door installation the same day I called for an appointment. Wow. The installer couldn’t have been nicer and answered all of my questions. This is the second time we have used Precision Door Service. The same technician who serviced our door 7 years ago came today and I think that says a lot about a company when they keep employees happy. My garage door tension spring broke on a Friday morning. I called Precision about 9 am and they scheduled a technician to come by between 1 and 3 pm. The technician, Michael, called and gave me a 30 minute warning that he would be arriving about 1:40 pm. He was right on time. He was very professional while explaining what he was going to check, along with the obvious broken spring. After checking everything, he came back with 3 estimates, low to high; 1. Fix the spring and a couple other things, 2. replace a few more things that could fail eventually, or 3. do a full replacement of the bar, spring, bearings, wire etc. I discussed the likelihood of parts failures and decided to go with the first choice. I appreciated that he gave me the options without being pushy about the up-sale options. Once I gave him the go he started and finished in such a short amount of time that I didn't even look at a clock. The door works great. If he was here more than an hour and 15 minutes, I would be shocked.

The technician came on the same day I called and completed an assessment of what had gone wrong with my garage door. Within an hour he replaced a broken spring, replaced the bottom brackets and 'freed' my car from the garage.

I was impressed with the web site and its speedy chat option. The price for a tech visit was less than half of one of their competitors. I was also impressed with the person who fielded my phone call and collected my info. The techs who arrived were very knowledgeable about my 29 yr old garage door system. Sadly, it seems that just loosing the photo sensors means the entire lift system has to be replaced because my Allistar lift is too old to get replacement eyes for. The tech gave me a quick estimate on the spot for a new motor and springs (springs because of a jerry-rigged system due to added door weight). They might have been spared a trip if my info about the age and make of my system had been passed along. They could have just quoted an opener replacement since the techs knew they could not fix the old system. Nevertheless, I was happy to get their opinion and advice. I'll have to think about the $923 replacement cost for the opener.

A spring broke on my door, and I called Precision to make an appointment for getting it repaired. Little did I know that they would get there the day it broke and get it fixed so I could get out of my garage. It was very easy dealing with everyone, especially Josh who came to do the repair. Great same-day service. The service tech was at the house within an hour or so of my call. James was very professional and explained what was going on with my garage door. Gave me options and pricing on fixing the garage door opener and various components. Within a couple of hours, I had a new garage door opener that is quiet and has several features that the old garage opener did not. James explained the new features and made sure I understood the features before leaving. Great, fast service. Highly recommend!

I chose Precision Door because of their workmanship. They are very responsive and professional. They have performed work and services at several homes in my neighborhood. While I have had a couple very minor things since my installation, they have been very responsive and in a timely manner.
