A spring broke on my door, and I called Precision to make an appointment for getting it repaired. Little did I know that they would get there the day it broke and get it fixed so I could get out of my garage. It was very easy dealing with everyone, especially Josh who came to do the repair. I'd recommend Precision to anyone who needs service or a new door or opener.

Great same-day service. The service tech was at the house within an hour or so of my call. James was very professional and explained what was going on with my garage door. Gave me options and pricing on fixing the garage door opener and various components. Within a couple of hours, I had a new garage door opener that is quiet and has several features that the old garage opener did not. James explained the new features and made sure I understood the features before leaving. Great, fast service. Highly recommend!

Responded in less than 2 hours. Our door was over 20 years old and a mess. Alex assessed the situation and give me options on repairs. Went for the best and now we, essentially have a new system. Works great. Very well done.

I chose Precision Door because of their workmanship. They are very responsive and professional. They have performed work and services at several homes in my neighborhood. While I have had a couple very minor things since my installation, they have been very responsive and in a timely manner.

Michael Hall gave us prompt & professional service. He was courteous and took the time to explain what was wrong with MY garage door opener, and he educated me on the products available to replace it. He WAS NOT pushy and even encouraged me to get a second estimate if I wished. He performed the job in a timely manner. Overall, it was a GREAT experience in working with Michael- I would certainly use him and Precision Door again.

Michael Hall just completed the replacement of our garage door opener battery backup as well as performing general maintenance included a spring adjustment and general lubrication. He conducted himself very professionally, diagnosed the problem quickly, and was well prepared to complete all aspects of the work he performed. Wow, amazing service that completely exceeded my expectations. I called a little after 8:00 am, scheduled a visit for 3:00 pm. Tech shows up a little early (I know, when was the last that happened?) , he diagnosed the problem, gave me a detailed quote (that I accepted), then he stays and fixes everything on the spot. He finished in about an hour, gave me an itemized bill, I paid him through his tablet and boom! Garage door repaired and the whole thing was done in 7 hours. Unheard of these days. Excellent work all around.

My door was damaged by my car backing in before it was fully open. Called Precision Door in the morning and two technicians showed up 4 hours later. They recommended some new parts and general servicing at a reasonable price. The job was done quickly and the door works better than before.

Josh arrived on time, and in a couple of hours, totally remade a badly damaged door hit by my vehicle. He replaced old springs, replaced damaged struts and cables, reinforced the panels, and fixed the alignment. He was professional, efficient, polite and seemed totally dedicated to doing an excellent job that I would be pleased with. I would definitely recommend Precision.

Chris came out for a service call...my wife had inquired about a new key bad opener...she had talked to a manager and was informed that there was a variety of choices to choose to replace our old key pad....There isn't...Chris was extremely polite and courteous and apologized for the confusion... I initially chose Precision because they had service available on Saturday. Technician Chris B. arrived on time, was extremely efficient, thorough and professional in taking all the necessary measurements, providing information, answering my questions, and placing the order for the new door. Jon and Adam were also very professional and efficient when they removed the old door and rails and installed the new. They cleaned up everything, reconnected the opener, and everything works perfectly. I will definitely use Precision in the future!

I have a six year old garage door installed by another local company. It was making a lot of noise and eventually the chain jumped the sprocket. I called the company that did the install. They could not get to me by the next morning my only free time if the week. I looked on Advisor and called Precision. The receptionist was professional and assured me they could be there in the morning. Which they were. Patrick was who serviced this call. He walked me through the entire assembly and workings of a garage door. I had a plethora of questions which he patiently listened to and answered. Come to find out the door was installed incorrectly to start. Patrick literally rebuilt the door in 2 1/2 hours. It runs so smoothly you can barely hear it. I run a high volume business in Knoxville and definitely understand the importance of sincere service. This is a great example of just that. I meet and speak with hundreds of people every week. Whenever the opportunity presents itself I will share this story. Thank you Patrick and Precision. Well done!

I was impressed with the web site and its speedy chat option. The price for a tech visit was less than half of one of their competitors. I was also impressed with the person who fielded my phone call and collected my info. The techs who arrived were very knowledgeable about my 29 yr old garage door system. Sadly, it seems that just loosing the photo sensors means the entire lift system has to be replaced because my Allistar lift is too old to get replacement eyes for. The tech gave me a quick estimate on the spot for a new motor and springs (springs because of a jerry-rigged system due to added door weight). They might have been spared a trip if my info about the age and make of my system had been passed along. They could have just quoted an opener replacement since the techs knew they could not fix the old system. Nevertheless, I was happy to get their opinion and advice. I'll have to think about the $923 replacement cost for the opener.
