A technician (Dio) was sent out the same day I called. Dio was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job showing me exactly what the problem was with our door. The cables, rollers, etc. were failing and Dio replaced them with equipment sized more appropriately for our door. Great job!

He is a very pleasant and professional young man. He gave me good recommendations for the garage door and opener. Dealing with Precision Door Service was a pleasure from start to a beautiful finish. Patrick gave the estimate and explained my options in a knowledgeable manner- but wasn't pushy. I liked that since I am a female head of household. Don and Charles blew in -got to work in a second -seemed to enjoy their work -were super efficient -explained their work and all operations -shook hands, chatted, and drove away carting 50 year old wooden doors and leaving me with beautiful new steel garage doors that look like a million dollars!! Thank you , Gentlemen!I highly recommend this company..............and the price was right, too.

I picked Precision out of the Yellow Pages, They promptly answered my call even though it was late afternoon on a Friday. The technician, Dio, provided excellent service in overhauling/upgrading my garage door. He was friendly,very professional and knowledgeable. When I have problems with my garage doors in the future, Precision will be the company I call and Dio will be the technician I request.

While my mother was out of town, my husband and I went by to check on her house. While we were there, her garage door would not work. We looked in the yellow pages and saw that Precision was on call on Sundays. Patrick was the technician and he got there very quickly. He was very professional, worked very quickly and made some very good recommendations. When she returned home, she was very pleased with the work that had been done. Now my husband and I need a new garage door and the first person we thought of was Patrick at Precision. He came out on the day and time we requested and was again very kind and professional. We feel like he is very honest and will do what he can to get us the best quality door at a very fair price.
