I was impressed with the Yellow Pages advertisement. All of the elements were encouraging. The coupon, senior and military discouts were attractive. The BBB insignia caused me to contact the Bureau and I found a very complete and positive report. Patrick did a very nice job of analyzing the problems and giving me several options. He represented your company well and though he is a good salesman, he was not offensively aggressive. I was also glad to see an American Brand truck in the driveway. I'm looking forward to seeing whether or not the work to be done measures up to the expectations developed by the service call.

Company is very professional providing service call confirmations, past user experiences and information regarding company uniforms & trucks and drug testing. Process is very streamlined and quick.

I called ur office, spoke with Alison,& arranged a visit by ur technician Thomas.He said that the door was fixable & could be done in an hour. He was true to his word.In 55 minutes the door was good as new & he was on his way. He represents ur company personally & professionally.

We called for an estimate to fix a mess we have with doors that were replaced improperly when we first moved into our house. We limped along as long as we could will poorly working framework until one of the doors failed.
