Thanks so much for the rapid response, coming to our home within a few hours of our call. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Rather costly to replace the entire mechanism, but we understood why and are glad to have quality equipment to use. The door opens so smoothly and quietly now. I guess we just had to learn that the builder of our home put in the least expensive equipment he could, which we had to make up for today. In any case, it is nice to know we have quality garage door equipment to depend upon, and we'll appreciate receiving the warranty.

A technician (Dio) was sent out the same day I called. Dio was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job showing me exactly what the problem was with our door. The cables, rollers, etc. were failing and Dio replaced them with equipment sized more appropriately for our door. Great job!

While my mother was out of town, my husband and I went by to check on her house. While we were there, her garage door would not work. We looked in the yellow pages and saw that Precision was on call on Sundays. Patrick was the technician and he got there very quickly. He was very professional, worked very quickly and made some very good recommendations. When she returned home, she was very pleased with the work that had been done. Now my husband and I need a new garage door and the first person we thought of was Patrick at Precision. He came out on the day and time we requested and was again very kind and professional. We feel like he is very honest and will do what he can to get us the best quality door at a very fair price.
