James was my tech and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what I needed (cables, springs, rollers, new remotes etc.) and quoted me a competitive price to do the work. I only got an estimate from James today. He is a knowledgeable person and friendly. We sealed the deal as the price was fair and now I won't be burdened with calling your competitors. Nice. Very good service. I called Thursday at 4:30 and they sent a tech. out Friday morning. The tech. rebuilt my 18ft door witch was a construction grade door, put all new hardware in. Very pleased I would call they again.

Your installers replaced an old failing door with a new insolated door with complete new hardware. it works great and should have been replaced years ago. The new door and hardware should extend the life of my door opener by years. The installers were very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and did an outstanding installation job. If I have additional garage door issues, your company will be the one that I call.

I found your company over the internet and was happy an appointment was scheduled the same day. When Tom arrived, he quickly discovered the problem and thoroughly explained what had happened. The old opener was 10 years old and I opted for installation of a new one and rollers. He had all the parts on the truck and had the opener changed out in an hour. Good job!

I called at 5:45 one afternoon and was told they could have a tech at my house between 6 and 8 pm that same day. The tech showed up at 7 and was done before 8. He not only changed the broken spring, he also replaced the bearings and adjusted the door. He did a fabulous job and took care of my problem with a very quick response time. Would I recommend the company ?? Most certainly !!

Charles and his son installed the new door and did an great job. The door was having trouble shutting and nick adjusted it a little. He done a great job also with no charge. This is why I use and tell people to use precision.
