My garage door had a bent door track and wouldn't open. I made a call to Precision Door Co. on Friday at 5:45PM. I was already impressed because I assumed they would be closed for the weekend and I would just leave a message, with my car stuck in the garage till at least Monday. Instead, I spoke with a polite customer service rep, who scheduled an appointment for 11:00 the following Saturday. James came out ahead of schedule and fixed the door track, lubricated the rollers, programmed the exterior code box for the door and then programmed the visor opener in my wife's car. He went above and beyond and the bill was more than reasonable. I will recommend Precision Door Co. to anyone needing garage door repairs. Thank you for your professional service. Happy customer!

Patrick Stockton did a superb job for us! Our garage door has never been as quiet and smooth. Outstanding same day service!!!!!!!!! I was given a 2 hour window. Between 1100-1300- . Tommy gave me a call to let me know when he would arrive and showed up at 1145. Did a great job and was done in about 15 minutes. Precision's success is because they have great technicians!!!! If you need a new garage system or repair. These are your guys. Great job!!!!!!!!

Very good service. I called Thursday at 4:30 and they sent a tech. out Friday morning. The tech. rebuilt my 18ft door witch was a construction grade door, put all new hardware in. Very pleased I would call they again.

Your installers replaced an old failing door with a new insolated door with complete new hardware. it works great and should have been replaced years ago. The new door and hardware should extend the life of my door opener by years. The installers were very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and did an outstanding installation job. If I have additional garage door issues, your company will be the one that I call.

I found your company over the internet and was happy an appointment was scheduled the same day. When Tom arrived, he quickly discovered the problem and thoroughly explained what had happened. The old opener was 10 years old and I opted for installation of a new one and rollers. He had all the parts on the truck and had the opener changed out in an hour. Good job!
