I called for service at 10 a.m. and the repairman was here by 1p.m. Luis was very friendly, explained what needed to be done and did an excellent job. I was very satisfied with the work, and will call them again if we need any more work done on the garage door.

We recently bought a home and were not satisfied with the working of the garage door opener. Precision upgraded our garage door opener system in our prior home and we were delighted with the smooth, almost noiseless operation. Therefore, we called on Precision again shortly after we closed on our new home. The technician took care of our problem. After one week we noticed a squeaking sound each time the door was closed. We notified Precision. The technician returned without delay and fixed the problem with no charge. We remain loyal Precision customers.

First I want to say thank you to the techs and office staff for getting Luis out to my home on very short notice. NO ONE else was able to do this and I called around. Second I can't praise Luis enough for the great job he did getting my garage door working. I will need to wait for sufficient funds to effect a permanent fix but once that has been done I will be calling again to Precision Door Service. Great job a BIG 5 STARS!

Precision came out on a Saturday afternoon after the spring on our garage door broke. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they provided service on Saturday for no additional charge so it was a no brainer for me. Precision sent an email to confirm my appointment and also with a name and picture of the tech that would be coming out. When James got here, he saw the spring and also recommended a few additional things that might need servicing. We decided to just replace the springs and not do the additional servicing. James wasn't pushy at all about getting the extra work done, provided some tips to help maintain our door, and was very professional. He was in and out within 45 minutes and we had a working garage door again. Thank you!

Although I was not particularly happy with the cost of my repair, as opposed to purchasing a whole new garage door opener, I was delighted with the efficiency and completeness of repair performed by Service Technician Thomas. He knew his job and did it very well.

The central rail that my garage door slides up and down on had come unbolted from its mounting bracket on the garage frame and I couldn't get it realigned to bolt it back together myself, so I was worried that I had some major damage and would be hit with some costly repairs. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when the service technician was able to realign and bolt together the rail and bracket assembly himself. He then lubricated all of my rollers and the central spring and made some adjustment to the rails and now my garage door sounds infinitely better. The technician Luis was friendly and courteous and understood what I needed right away and also gave me some recommendations for better taking care of my garage door. I was also pleased that he didn't try to sell me on expensive parts that I didn't need and he even showed up early and was done quickly, so I didn't have to spend my entire appointment window waiting around. I don't think I could ask for a better experience.

I was in need of a new garage door and Precision Door came highly recommended to me by a friend. My door was broken therefore I could not use it. They sent Thomas out to show me the options that I had available to me. I was apprehensive with my choice but Thomas took a picture of my house and put my new door in the picture and that sold me on the door. Charles and Dylan did a great job installing it and my new door has changed the appearance of my home dramatically! I give you two stars for being on time and calling ahead. I paid $49 for your guy to spend 7 min and 47 seconds...yep I timed him, actually working on my garage door. When basically all he did was take a can of WD40 or silicon spray and lube the the flexible hinges. Sure am glad I didn't pay more or pay for a service call.

I had called Williams door company in Knoxville TN to come check my garage door. I first bought a part from Williams door company to try and fix the problem. When I went to install the part I notice that the screw drive on my Genie garage door opener was broke. I call Williams door company and explain the problem and they sent out a service tech. Williams did advise me that for the tech to come out there would be a $82.50 service charge and the tech could not come till the next day or day after. I made an appointment with Williams garage doors and took the day off of work for the tech to come out to fix my door. The tech arrived and looked at my opener and said he could not fix it. HE WAS THERE LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES! I paid the $82.50 and the tech left and I was not happy! I called Precision and the girl who answered the phone was very helpful. She listen to my problem and had Thomas come out that SAME AFTERNOON! Thomas arrive very professional and looked at the problem and offered TO FIX THE PROBLEM! I talked to Thomas about a new unit and decided to buy a belt drive opener from him. GREAT CHOICE! me and my wife love the opener and are very happy.

They responded very quickly to my call and it was on a Sunday. They advertise 24/7 service and that is true. I also feel they are honest. I have an older garage door opener and I asked Luis several times if I needed to replace the opener and he said no. I appreciate his integrity since he could have replaced the opener and I would have never known that it did not need replacement. He replaced my springs, and attached a broken part that had come off. He also corrected where the garage door was rubbing against the side of the garage. My garage door has never worked better. They were such a blessing to me since one car was trapped in the garage.
