I contacted Precision Garage Door to fix an inoperable opener. The crew was sent out the same day. Patrick and Caleb diagnosed a potentially very dangerous problem with all our doors and recommended a fix at a fair price. They completed the repair within a few hours and we now feel much more secure with the safety and performance of our garage doors.

I have already recommended this company to a friend based on my experience with Caleb. He evaluated my situation and explained everything to me and not in a hurried manner or disrespectfully because I am a female. Caleb was very thorough and informative as I asked quite a few questions while he was working. I hope everyone else there is just like him. My spring broke that evening and they were there later that night. I especially liked the electronic checkout. They also told me where to find coupons because I had been laid off a few months prior. 5 stars
