I recently became a member of Angie's List and your company was mentioned in a Deal of the Day about the time our garage door needed some attention. From the minute I purchased "The Deal" I knew I'd made a good decision. Jocelyn took my information and answered all the questions I had at that time in a very friendly and professional manner. When I received the confirmation email with a picture and bio of the technician that was coming to service my garage door, I was reassured that I had made a good decision. Luis has been here twice. An excellent experience. He - in a moment - diagnosed our problem and the door has never worked more smoothly or quietly. I chose you guys because I own a motorcycle shop that is located near your location in West Knoxville. I have used Precision before for a spring replacement, and as before I'm very happy with the work. The Tech was quick at diagnosis and equally quick in the repair. He also tightened and lubed all the hardware. The truck was clean and the Tech was very professional. 5 Stars all the way! Keep up the good work, and give that Tech a raise.

No problem with service person Luis. --- Very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. The problem I had was the lady taking my info did not listen to the problem that needed attention and sent the repairman out and Precision does not repair the type of system that I have and she was told specifically the type and style of door opener that I had.--- Wasted time for me and wasted time for Precision and Luis the tech. Now I need to call someone else and wait again for service!!! I am not real happy at the moment!!!

We recently bought a home and were not satisfied with the working of the garage door opener. Precision upgraded our garage door opener system in our prior home and we were delighted with the smooth, almost noiseless operation. Therefore, we called on Precision again shortly after we closed on our new home. The technician took care of our problem. After one week we noticed a squeaking sound each time the door was closed. We notified Precision. The technician returned without delay and fixed the problem with no charge. We remain loyal Precision customers.

First I want to say thank you to the techs and office staff for getting Luis out to my home on very short notice. NO ONE else was able to do this and I called around. Second I can't praise Luis enough for the great job he did getting my garage door working.
