I was very pleased how quick the service call was answered. He recommended I replace my spring and rollers with a 5 year warranty, which I did. My door was frozen shut which was the reason for the service call,I was very pleased that you all could get to me today, I needed to get my car out for work. I will certainly call Precision if I need service again and I was pleased with the service.

Originally tried to get previous garage door company to come out, but their technician was sick with flu. Since it was Friday morning and I could not wait until Monday, I called your company from yellow pages (seen your mail ads too in past). Thomas replaced springs, adjusted roller bar assembly misaligned from original installation, and replaced bearings and rollers with repair kit(s).

The tech was on time. The tech assessed why door did not open. He was professional and friendly. My wife and I chose to get a new opener with pad and remotes. We hope that only future follow up work will be just as good.

I called about my garage door not working on a Friday morning and it was fixed by that evening. The technicians who came were very courteous and explained in detail the repairs I would need and cost to fix garage. When they left the garage door was back to working and was very pleased with the experience and efficiency of the repairs and techs. sorry I can't remember the names of the techs.

Robert showed up exactly as scheduled which was around 5:30 p.m. He gave us an honest assessment of our doors and openers as well as an estimate and provided several options. I asked him when they could schedule the work if we elected to go with Precision and I was a bit surprised when he said he could do it immediately! The estimate was fair so I authorized the work. The night was very cold but, true to his word, Robert stayed until it was completed. He even let us evaluate the first opener after installation to determine if we wanted to go ahead with the 2nd. We now have 2 new openers and the Precision PDS 800 DC-powered unit is the quietest opener I've ever heard (or not heard) in my life! Thanks for the great work and products!

Patrick arrived right on time and diagnosed our problem right away. He explained what needed to be done to fix the problem now and would prevent future problems.
