Being new to the area, I didn't know who was a reliable garage door company. I spoke with a friend who recommended Precision garage door because of how satisfied she was with the promptness of service, and courtesy of the technician. I was equally impressed with how quickly a representative came out to my house to assess my garage door, and offer the most appropriate garage door. Installation was a smooth process and the technician very professional.

Very impressed with the professionalism of this company. I received an email before the technician got here. It told me who my technician would be and gave me a profile of him. I felt I knew him without ever meeting him. He called to tell me when he would be here and he was accurate. He was thorough, professional and very proficient. Explained everything to me and what the cost would be. I would recommend and definitely use again.

Precision impresses with professional and expeditious service. Twice, they have handled our garage door problems with immediate response. In both cases the technician, DIO, fixed the issues within a few hours and had all the tools and parts needed with him. Outstanding all around! We highly recommend Precision! To the Precision Door Team, With regard to service, knowledge and quality of repair. Patrick called ahead, was on time and finished the work within his estimated time frame. All components and parts were on the truck allowing opener and rail replacement on our double garage door as well as an overhaul of the single door in one call. All costs and component needs were described along with a detailed cost estimate. At the end of the installation, Patrick conducted a complete walk through of the opener, keypad and wall control as well as pairing the unit with a vehicle. He was polite and neat removing all debris from the garage. I give your company and Patrick high marks for customer service. The tablet computer allowed him to look up our last repair from nearly 5 years beforehand. PS - The unit significantly quieter and smoother operating than the old unit.

I chose Precision because of the 24/7. Very, very pleased with a live person answering my call- considerate and knowledgeable. Thomas, our technician, was super professional and extremely helpful!!! New garage door installation. Installers came to my home ahead of scheduled appointment time and had 2 wooden doors replaced with new ones within two hours. Weekend appointments are a major plus as garage door malfunctions seem to occure at the most inoppertune time. Service/installation technicians are very knowledgable and easy to work with.

The young man who came out to determine the issue, but did not have the parts was very informative and set up the next days' service. The two gentlemen that came and installed the fix were very helpful, resourceful and completed the project quickly. My daughter's garage door never worked or sounded so good. I just moved to this house, & the garage door decided to not come down. Most of my belongings were still in the garage, now open for anyone to see & carry off. Precision's technician/fixer/installer Thomas was excellent. After examining the door on this older home, he explained IN GREAT DETAIL how it would be cheaper for me to just buy a new door. He showed me the figures to back himself up. I have ordered a door. I'll give another review after the door is installed.

Patrick was extremely professional. He explained the problem making sure I understood and then offered me some options that would make the door operate better and safer. Was only going to do the broken side but then opted to do both doors with a PDS Overhaul which removed the old springs and replaced with a better solution. Love the way the doors work...smoother and far quieter. Thank You for the suggestion and good work.

I selected Precision from dozens of other garage door repair companies, due to their 24/7 service. I called at 10pm and quickly talked to a real person who took my order. My service technician arrived promptly when scheduled and was very knowledgable of door repair. Thomas cleaned up after himself and wiped the door down of any repair handprints. He also showed me the best repair kit for the best value.

Since we have lived in Knoxville, the only company we have allowed to work on our garage door has been Precision. Their prices are fair, service is excellent, and willingness to accomodate my schedule. I would recommend them to anyone.
