I heard ads for Precision Garage for years and I noticed one of your stickers on my garage door. I called and was told you once serviced my garage door 15 years ago before I bought the home. It still works fine but looks very worn around the rubber seals so I wanted to get those replaced. I talked to Patrick on the phone and sent him pictures of what I was talking about. He ordered the parts and 2 weeks later, Matt installed it. Matt was very nice, professional and got right to work. In no time at all, I had a new beautiful rubber seal around the bottom of my garage door. Now it looks brand new. I will be calling Precision the next time I need garage door repairs. I contacted Precision about my garage door, which wouldn't open. In addition the side door to the garage wouldn't open so I couldn't get access to the garage at all. Derek and Tory(?) came out that day. Initially it seemed I would need to get someone else out first to get the side door open, but Derek figured out how to lift the garage door while using the remote. They diagnosed and fixed all the door issues very quickly and now the door is working smoothly. Almost all the parts needed replacing (an "overhaul") , but I had thought I might need a new door and was relieved that was not the case. Thank you so much.
