Homes require continuous upkeep. When my garage door was making strange noises, I called Precision Garage Doors. Derek came out that same day. He found a worn (with metal filings) opener. He replaced the 20 year old opener and all accessories. He was professional and knowledgeable. The door is much quieter and performs much better. Great job!

My tech was Patrick and he was great!! Gave me a 10-15 minutes heads up call introducing himself and ETA. Once onsite quickly identified the issue and gave me solutions and a little advice as far as preventive maintenance. Precision staff are very courteous and very efficient. I’ve used them twice and both times have been a great experience. My garage door was not only fixed, but they also looked for additional problems. The repairs were fixed quickly. I definitely will continue to give them my business.

Called Precision around 11:00 am. Justin called me within 15 minutes and arrived around 11:45. He assessed the problem. He told me what was needed to do the job right and not a patch job. He was done and left by 1:00pm. Great job and it works and sounds like a new door!!!
