James, the mechanic you sent was GREAT! He did a very professional job, was friendly and informative and he gave me some great tips for maintaining the door properly. PLUS, he called to let us know when he would be here and he was here on time! And he was here less than 2 hours after I called you for a service call! I would highly recommend you to anyone.

Patrick went over the door potential worn out parts and we selectively replaced key bearings and the spring, which was broken, and totally non-functional. His 14 years of experience was very helpful in pointing out secondary areas of concern that could have compromised both the spring and the opener if not addressed. I would deal with Precision again without hesitation.

I give this company 5 stars. We chose Precision Doors out of the yellow pages. You actually get to talk to a real person on the phone. They came out on the appointment time and fixed the door in a short time. Satisfied customer.
