I called Presision Garage Doors at 12:30 PM on a Friday afternoon because my garage door jammed and would not open. I received a same day appointment that James would arrive between 1:30-3:30PM. James was there within 45 minutes and repaired and rebuilt the door. James installed new springs, rollers, cables, brackets and rollers. The garage has never worked better. Within 2 hours my garage door was repaired with a 5 year warranty.

Wow!!! We called Precision Garage Door on Friday morning of 9/3/20, and were schedule for service 3 to 5 pm same day. At 3pm service tech Josh arrived. After reviewing our request to replace rubber seals, align and lubricate 2 garage doors, he began work. Josh was very courteous and did excellent work. The price more than fair for the service we received. Again - Wow!!! We highly recommend Precision, and will tell our neighbors who to call. Thanks Precision for great service!!!

Out of the blue our garage door chain broke. Precision was quick to answer the phone and set appt. the same day. Sat. Robert called us before arrival and came on time. He was surprised our sturdy plastic cable broke, as it's stronger than metal. The job was made more complex because the prior installer had cut the metal guide rod short, which required moving the box to install the new rod and chain. Excellent, efficient and kept us informed every step of the job, we highly recommend Robert for your next repair. KM

Outstanding service. I called 2 hours ago, and they had a tech in the area. They arrived and gave me some bad news - the crappy door system the builder installed was not worth fixing. They replaced the springs, rollers, etc. and got me up in running. Very efficient, personable techs. Hire this company.

our repair person Josh was courteous, arrived early (,before the 2 hour window we were given), knowledgeable and did not try to sell us anything we did not need. He repaired the coil spring and cables on the garage. In addition we asked to replace the bearings and rollers which he accomplished within 45 minutes the entire job. I asked about the motor and he stated we were in good shape with the motor. the price I felt was reasonable and we have a life time warranty. I have used precision in the past and received the same excellent service. I would highly recommend and would rate them at the highest level. They did not try to talk me into anything in fact I requested more replaced than they suggested to repair my problem. I would not hesitate to call for future service.

Motor, springs, motherboard, rail, gears, everything but the door itself needed replacement after 14 years. Operation was a safety hazard. James described the options, warranty and price. Admittedly, replacement was expensive (~$K) but needed. Took only about 2 hours. Technician knew the system and how to install.

Loved our expierence! Called early in the day and they were able to fit us in the same day. They gave us a 2 hour window, and made it out before the window. We anticipated that they would give us an estimate and then have to order the parts. But no, when Josh (who was friendly, professional, and fast) arrived he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had all that he needed to fix the problem with him. He did the job and was gone before the end of our arrival window! Great company would definatly use them again!

Called for a broken spring spring and had service on that same Saturday afternoon. We were given an explanation and solid recommendation on what we needed which we were taken care of in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

Our door lift motor broke. Precision came when they said they would come. They replaced the door lift assembly in 2 hours. The repairman, Alex, was very knowledgeable and courteous. I plan to ask them to repair our other door.

The guys got the job done quickly once they arrived and without a catch. The only thing that I didn't like was that the person who did the initial assessment told me the new doors would be the same as the old ones just a little smaller and a different color. They were not, my old ones were insulated and these are not. That's a pretty big difference.
