Read Google reviews of Precision which were almost all very favorable. After calling several companies for information, decided to use Precision. They were very prompt and professional and with same day service. Alex called saying he could come a little early if that was ok which actually worked out great. He offered several levels of service that he could provide in addition to replacing my broken spring, but there was no pressure to add services which I appreciated. Their price seemed in line with other companies I had called. Would use again.

I called Precision at about 2pm to get a garage door looked at that was making a noise I didn't like. To my amazement they scheduled to have a service man named Alex come the same day between 3 to 5pm. It turned out I needed a new spring and rollers. So I had the work done and it was completed in an hour. Great service and professionalism. I would recommend Precision.

I called at a little past 3PM to see if I could get someone to fix my door which had stopped working. I was expecting that I would probably have to wait until at least tomorrow of pay an after-hours fee. I was surprised that they told me that someone would be here between 4 and 6 PM today. Within a few minutes after arriving, your tech. solved my problem and gave me a price for the repairs. I saw that the price was reasonable, and the work began. By about 6PM the work was done. I flagged Michael down while he was at another house in my subdivision. He stopped by to check my door and opener and was able to install a new opener, spring, and strut within a few hours. He was very professional and explained what was wrong in terms an old man could understand. I had been waiting to do something about that door, and today I decided I had waited long enough. Precision Garage Door of Knoxville promised and delivered. We had a spring break over the July 4th weekend. I called several other companies on Tuesday to get the spring replaced and the earliest I could get an appointment was at least two days out. Not a problem, but we could not get into our garage. A Google search of "best garage door service in Knoxville" turned up Precision Garage Door. After reading the numerous positive reviews I gave them a call around 9:30a. I was told a technician was in the area and could be at my house between 1p-3p. Well, at 12:45p Josh C. called and said he was on his way. Twenty minutes later Josh was there and working on the door. Josh checked everything out, replaced the broken spring and performed a complete service overhaul on the door. And, it only took about an hour. I believe this is the best our garage door has worked since we purchased the house 8 years ago. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Knoxville for any service needs and they will now be my go to for any additional garage door needs.

Michael called before appointment time to let me know he could be earlier to my appointment if that worked for me. I told him that was great. He came and introduced himself and asked about my problems with the opener. Very calm and patient with my questions. I was given options to my problem and I chose to have a new opener installed. Project was finished and any questions I had were answered. Made a couple of trips to make sure everything was picked up and transaction was completed.Very pleased with work performed.
