I found them off Angies List, and as soon as I called they were very friendly, knowledgeable and if you had the correct information they were able to give you an estimate on the phone. They even offered to send someone out that same evening. Very professional and I would defiantly use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their garage door!

Precision Doors did exactly what they said they would do. Tommie called ahead of time, was on time and provided exactly what we needed in a very professional and courteous manner. He explained everything and answered all of our questions so we could make a good decision and get our garage door taken care of. He did an exceptional job for us! Precision Door was able to respond within about 2 hours after the spring on my garage door broke, leaving both of my vehicles stuck inside of the garage. Thomas Wright did a very nice job repairing all of the damaged parts and got the door working in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks for great service!

The young lady that took my service call was very polite as well as very professional. The service man called before he came to let me know he had received my call for help and would be responding within 1/2 hour. Upon his arrival Luis introduced himself and trouble shot the problem. He also discussed with me the available insulation kit and I decided to get it installed. During the time he was here he was the most professional service man I have ever had in my home. He was polite to a fault and very knowledgeable of our system. I look forward to his return visit tomorrow to install the insulation kit.
