We had planned to replace both of our 20 year old garage openers at some time, but a broken spring on one of our garage doors hastened the purchase. I called Precision at 7:45 AM, Chris came at 9 AM. He talked me through a variety of options. By 11:30 I had two new quiet garage openers and a series of other repairs. Chris was personable, professional, and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased.

We had Alex come out the first thing in the morning and had our door up so my wife could get to a funeral she had to be at. He then took care of our damaged door to secure it until the new door would arrive. The installation of the door was a great teaching lesson in team work. I am a retired engineer, so I was their worst night mare, I watched the whole process, I did keep my mouth shut except for one questions, which was answered to my satisfaction. Each of the two installers had there job to do with very little overlap, no wasted motion or time, no standing around, just got to work and had the task done to my satisfaction. Door needed adjustment closer to jamb. Tech arrived on time and made adjustments in door tracks and roller brackets and significantly reduced the play in the door. Precision did this adjustment no charge as they installed the door about 16 months earlier. Very much appreciate them standing behind their work and standing by their customers.

Prompt service. A broken door bracket had trapped my car in the garage. The appointment was scheduled the same morning, and Ty arrived promptly. He had the parts, did the repairs in two hours, and replaced the springs and other parts with my approval since the door was 25 years old. It now moves smoothly and is SO quiet! My car is free!!

I looked on Home Advisor and saw their reviews were positive so I called and they were able to set up an appointment the SAME day! The service tech, Josh Compton was patient with me as I explained the problem. He looked at my garage door and explained what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He called me to come to the garage three times to explain what he found and what it would take to fix my problem. He was very professional, quick, and pleasant to work with. I will gladly call Precision Garage Door again if the problem every arises.

My 17 year garage door hardware failed suddenly and my door stopped working. I called Precision at 10:00 a.m. Two service techs were at my house within 90 minutes and replaced basically all of my door mounting hardware plus the springs, rollers, etc. The garage door now works like new and makes no noise whatsoever. They even advised against replacement of my door opener as it would have been an unnecessary expense. I will use these guys when the opener eventually fails. This has been one of the best experiences with a home repair that I've ever had. I highly recommend this business.

Made repairs quicker than quoted and cleaned up very well. The door operates better and quieter than it ever has. Patrick was very kind and professional and we would highly recommend him and Precision Door. Do yourself a favor and call Precision. Don't make the mistake we did 2 years ago and let an average handyman replace the springs. The wrong size spring was installed and that created several other problems in 2 years, not to mention a annoyingly noisy door.

First off, i am a maintenance worker by trade. Knowing that my door problem had gone above my head and the parts I priced would be very expensive I decided to call a repair company. Precision was one of the first to pop up on the search. Great reviews, informative website flexable hours. I called and made a appointment for 5:30. I got a email with a picture of my repairman and confirmation of my appointment. James showed up and was very polite. We talked a little and he inspected my door. He found worn out rollers, frozen bearings and undersized springs. He quoted me a price and stated he woul be there until it was fixed properly. He completed the work in under a hour and the door was better then new. I was a little shocked at the price but after seeing the parts that were replaced the careful expert installation done and the performance after the fact it was well worth the cost. I feel like I have gotten a precision repair and a great warranty. I am confident that my garage door will be the least of my worries. If the rest of the crew is half as good as James then this is a great company to do business with.

5-stars. Replaced springs, pullys, cables, rollers and realigned the door. I contacted Precision at 8 am and they had Josh there within two hours. Josh explained what was needed to have garage door perform like it should. After the work was completed, the garage door is operating smoother and quieter than ever before.
