I felt confident in the ad & the number of reviews and rating, so I called and got an appointment. They came out that evening and I had a complete installation within 45 minutes. Josh Compton, the technician, was very professional. I had several questions, but he answered them and went over everything with me. I love my new opener and would recommend Precision to anyone.

Called Precision because i could not open my garage door, turned that both of the door springs broke. Had a repairman over in about 2hrs. Ty was the repairman he was super had the door fixed and working in a couple of hours. Want to thank him and will use Precision door service if i have any problems in the future.

Great service but had no idea I will be charge $50 for service call. Doors have been installed less than a year and there was a gap at the top that was not noticed until cold weather. Can’t really call it a garage door repair had to turn a screw onooener and that was it. Service person Was very professional and friendly and precise

Unfortunately our garage door opener spring snapped at 3:15. Too make matters worse I could not manually open the door and both cars were in the garage. I contacted Precision at 4:00 and was told our service rep would be here between 6 to 8. Josh Compton showed up at 4:45, quickly identified the problem. By 5:30 he was finished, door opener worked superbly and Josh was very professional throughout the complete process. I was so taken with the level of service that Imposted on our neighborhood watch email service our positive experience with Precision and their professional service representatives.

I looked up garage repair and your website came up. I talked with Brooke (very courteous and nice) and she got me scheduled up. Your tech Josh was EARLY! And that is a positive. He was scheduled from 7-9 and I got a call around 6PM. I was still in my office and I told him I was on the way. He throughly inspected what I needed done, was very polite and gave a me direct price before doing any work! You have excellent employees and service was done as expected. Highly recommend!!!
