Prompt service and great technician who took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my garage door and how to fix it. Although my situation was not critical, I choose to get all of the parts replaced to extend the life of the motor and prevent future problems. The work was done efficiently, and the original working parts on the door were replaced with those of a better quality. In a short period of time, I had a garage door that purred as it lifted and closed vs. the rattle-trap that it had been before. Very professional. I highly recommend Precision and appreciate the 5-year warranty.

My garage door was professionally installed by Precision a couple of months ago. Last night the lift assist spring broke. I called Precision and a tech (Nick) was dispatched today to repair my door. The technician showed up as promised. Nick spent time establishing the root cause of the failure and took steps to ensure that the cause of the failure didn't happen again. After some signatures, I was up and operating again! Again, it's unfortunate that there's only five-stars available! Can't recommend Precision enough.

We were pleased with the workmanship and the knowledge of Patrick who did the work. We were satisfied with the fix and the time it took to do the repairs needed. We feel the garage door is reinforced with new components and is much sturdier than before (new springs, struts, rollers, and bearings). I would recommend this company and they came out and repaired on same day!

Late Friday night, the spring on our garage door broke. We figured that Monday would be the earliest that we could have another spring installed. Precision changed all that! Within a few hours of making the call, Patrick had arrived, gave us an estimate and installed a new spring, rollers and cables. We definitely would recommend Precision and will be using them in the future!

They were great. Came within an hour after I called them. Several people had tried to program my car remotes and couldn’t The last one erased the codes from everything. So this nice man fixed all my remote did my cars and check my garage. Would definitely recommend them

I highly recommend Precision. They were flexible with my appointment needs as well as being polite on the phone for scheduling. I also received a reminder email for my scheduling confirmation. Frank B was my Service Technician, he called ahead to confirm my appointment and address, he arrived when he stated. He was polite courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. My home is older and has the original garage door-his dilegance addressed my issues, he cleaned up all his equipment and maintained his professional demeanor at all time. He is a great representive of the overall quality I have come to expect from Precision Garage Doors. I have and will continue to use and recommend these folks.

I felt confident in the ad & the number of reviews and rating, so I called and got an appointment. They came out that evening and I had a complete installation within 45 minutes. Josh Compton, the technician, was very professional. I had several questions, but he answered them and went over everything with me. I love my new opener and would recommend Precision to anyone.

Called Precision because i could not open my garage door, turned that both of the door springs broke. Had a repairman over in about 2hrs. Ty was the repairman he was super had the door fixed and working in a couple of hours. Want to thank him and will use Precision door service if i have any problems in the future.

Great service but had no idea I will be charge $50 for service call. Doors have been installed less than a year and there was a gap at the top that was not noticed until cold weather. Can’t really call it a garage door repair had to turn a screw onooener and that was it. Service person Was very professional and friendly and precise
