Great 5-Star service, excellent craftsmanship with outstanding loyalty and honesty. I had Precision Garage Doors installed on my home garage doors in 2013. I purchased the lifetime warranty package as well. The garage door spring broke on my garage door one morning and I called Precision Door service at 1045 for repairs. My technician "Darian Saylor" arrived within 45 minutes. He conducted a thorough inspection of my entire system and recommend the exact services needed to be done. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products of the company. He noticed I was a prior customer and checked my previous purchased and reminded me I was covered under the lifetime warranty. Again, great service and honest company that stands behind their product. I would high recommend them to anyone needing garage doors or repairs.

I blew a fuse in my house today and my garage door wouldn’t stay closed. I had to manually close it. It would close but then it would go right back up. Precision sent someone to reset the motor and remote. He instructed me on how to reset it myself if it ever happens again. I got an invoice from Precision in my email. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME! Who does that any more. No service charge. Thank you Precision. I love my garage doors??

Went to open door this morning and it would not open due to broken spring. Called Precision and Josh showed up at my home in less than an hour. Forty minutes later the spring was replaced and I was able to get to my appointments on time. So I didnt get to use Precision to fix my garage because my home builder used a different company. I still want to write a review on my experience. Tommy came by the house and looked at the damage. Three panels had to be replaced or the whole unit. He gave me the estimates for both which allowed me to make an informed decision. He then explained why it may be better to go the people that installed the door because it would look better. And I can tell you I appreciated that because it was the right thing to do. He then let me know if anything else needed to be replaced to call Precision. When its time to have a spring replaced you know who I will be calling. This experience has ensured that I will use this company going forward. Its the little things that make the difference, and you have gained a customer for the future. Thank you.

The Precision Team is worthy of anyone's business. Our garage door had been leaking and collecting water in the home purchased, called them, their response was quick. They sent the salesman out to assess the situation. No attempt to force sell, gave us all the options, and a time frame. To our surprise, they were earlier than expected. Fantastic Job!
