Chris, the technician that serviced our garage doors was extremely friendly and courteous. He explained everything he was doing in detail and so I could understand. He did not waste any time and got the job done in a timely manner. My doors work like a charm. Now I'm not afraid they are going to fall in my head!

Chuck The spring on one of my doors broke and Alex and Tracy came to fix it and it works fine after their work. While they know their stuff and did it quickly, Alex was trying hard to convince me to replace the bearings for $540 which I felt, and while their was a little play, my opinion they would still last for quite a while. I declined and he advised because of my not willing to replace the bearings, the warranty on the new spring was void. My door is old, and most likely if something else happens, I may replace the door. I am an engineer myself, handy with tools etc., and have reasonably good judgment on things that need replacing. I feel the spring broke because of over time use picking up a heavy door, and not because of the bearings. I believe the usual warranty should apply to the new spring. Marty Shoffner

So impressed with the service from Precision! I called and they sent a tech out within 2hrs. Patrick, the service tech, called on his way and was 10mins early in the window so no waiting around. Patrick was so professional and quick. He provided three different price point options, and outlined the pros and cons of each. No pushing for a more expensive solution. The work was complete within 3 hours and it works GREAT! I wish we had found Precision a year ago instead of putting band-aids on the problem. Oh...Patrick was super sweet with our puppy too. Thanks Precision!!!!

I was pleased with the service I received from Precision. I had called a couple of other door companies first-one I never heard from, the second called and said they would be out that afternoon and would call when they were on their way. I have yet to hear from them. Precision came after I arrived home from work-so they fit their schedule into mine and did the work in a timely manner. Christian was a nice technican and I can reccomend him and the company.

Had been having an issue with my garage door opening on it's own. Called on Friday evening, prior to closing and was able to get scheduled on Saturday Morning. Alex arrived early and was very professional. Repair wasn't possible, so he had to install a whole new system, which he was able to do that day. Been very happy and amazing how quiet the new system is compared to the old one.

Installer Thom Travis came out on a Saturday and installed a new belt drive motor. He was professional and completed the job quickly. (He also found out today he was a new grandfather) congratulations Travis family. The door Is extremely quiet when it opens and closes. He additionally programmed our vehicles already built in garage door buttons. We now have a keypad ???? so we won’t get locked out. I would recommend theirs company without any hesitation. Thanks Thom and Precision for a great job.

I had the pleasure of having Chris B. come to my house to fix my garage door opener last Friday. I was amazed at how quickly he got here and fixed the problem. I had been trying to fix it myself for 2 days with no luck. He knew exactly what to do and in no time, my garage door and opener were better than they have EVER been before! :) It is so quiet now, and runs wonderfully. Chris explained each step of what he was doing. This young man knows exactly what he is doing. He is VERY good at his job. He also spoke very highly of his boss. It's rare to see an employee who really loves his job the way that Chris does. It was apparent that he takes great pride in his work. Thank you, Chris! You are very appreciated! On another note, the following Monday (today), my mother in laws garage door broke. Once again, we called Precision. They got there within a very short time and accessed her problem. She needed a new garage door. It's now ordered and we are glad that Precision will be doing this job as well. This is a very reputable company and you will be glad that you called them! :) We will never use anyone else besides them again.

The star rating has five stars so I have to put the extra star * in this comment to give Jon six (06) stars. Jon and Adam have done a great job in putting up a new 16 x 8 garage door at my house. Needless to say, being a handy man myself, I am quite picky in judging the quality of this type of work. however, I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work as well as with the professionalism and friendliness of the crew. Great job Jon! And Adam, you did a very good job as well. Kudos to Chris as well who came out to check on the problem and gave me good advice on selecting a garage door.

One of the springs broke on my garage door on a Friday of Labor Day weekend. Surprisingly enough Precision was open and came out on Saturday and had my garage door fixed in 50 minutes. Price was a little more than quoted but I am very grateful for the professional way in which it was handled. I believe Patrick was my repairman, very professional and polite. Would very much recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement.

I needed a garage door repaired due to broken cable and spring. I called the last company that did work on it and they couldn’t come for several days. A friend recommended that I call Percision Door. I am glad I did! Josh and Josh were awesome! After the broken door was fixed and worked so well, and with the equipment being over 15 years old, I had them replace the spring, cables, and rollers on the second door. What a difference it makes in how they work now! Excellent work, knowledgeable Technicians and friendly. Would recommend these guys for any garage door work!

Be sure to ask “what else might I need due to the age of my door?” because the technician clearly knew that based on the age of the house that I was gonna require more than the $255 repair I was quoted. And I was told on the phone by Thomas that if they’d quoted me the $500, I wouldn’t have had them out for the repair. Hmmmmm. Clearly the plan was to get the job with a low quote and then upcharge you for what the believe you’ll need. The repair itself is satisfactory but twice as much as the original quote. Did I need the extra work done? I have no idea. Based on the age of the door, it is possible but folks should know on the front end that the likelihood of only paying $255 is pretty slim.
