I thought the price for the repair was steep, but I needed the door working and so many positive reviews could not be wrong, right? Later I decided to some search on the internet. Basically I was charged 20% over the most expensive price estimates I could find. The invoice list all the parts that were replaced, but does not include their price, nor the price for the labor, just the total price charged. Not transparent, to say the least. It was my fault, I should have done my due diligence before calling them. Will not happen again.

James Wells was very cordial and professional. He explained what was wrong with the door, and what needed to be corrected. We concluded that a new door opener was necessary, which he was able to install immediately. The new opener is a great improvement over the 24 year-old one! We would highly recommend Precision Door (and James) to our friends.
